We visited at a busy time when they appeared to be short-handed. The fresh salad bar was excellent and included items not found on every salad bar. I love the bacon crumbles and cheeses. The entrees were good for the most part and what was not just right was made right by the manager.

Came here for dinner tonight and had an amazing visit. Our server was excellent, very polite and talkative, and suggested good drinks. We got an appetizer, entrees, and desserts and loved every bite. I had coupons which is pretty much the only reason we came, but I'll definitely be back. The food was hot and fresh and the menu had a wide variety of items to choose from. I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in years but it was worth going.

Service was extremely slow....steak tough, one in our party was slighted a side, another's order was not turned in. Steak was tough. We were a normal sized party, not larger than any other table. Restaurant was not crowded....should have gotten salad bar, at least I would have gotten some food. Most likely will never go back to this Ruby Tuesday.

Overall, just a terrible experience. Ordered mixed drinks, waitress forgot them. When they finally arrived they were some of the worst drinks I've ever tasted. Only had one sip. Gross. We waited an hour for food. The only thing halfway decent was the fries. Grease was literally squirting out of the chicken tenders. Our meal was supposed to come with dessert but after the drinks and the main course, we were just ready to get out of there. Nicely informed the waitress the drinks and food were terrible. All I got was an "ok" and was still charged for everything. Sub par service and food. Do not recommend.
A little pricey. Pasta salad had a taste that gave me the same sensation as when I am allergic to perfumes or hand lotions. I got a tin taste sensation with the first bite and couldn't try anymore.

Went In for lunch. The only plus to our visit was our server. He was very nice. Did the add an entree for 3.00 when you get the salad bar. My partner order a 6 oz sirloin medium well and it was over cooked. She got the loaded sweet potato and it was HORRIBLE. Very dry. Had maybe one marshmallow, a couple of walnuts and no sauce that was supposed to go on it. She took one bite and that was it. I also ordered the sirloin with mine being cooked medium. It was full of fat and gristle and was very mushy. It was like trying to eat a soaking wet sponge. It was not cooked medium. More of well done. No one thanked us upon leaving or invited us back. Needless to say will not be returning.
