Decided to stop for a late breakfast and found the Diner to be very clean, which unfortunately is my first priority. Waitstaff were great and fairly attentive. Falls apart at that point honestly, as the food preparation was lacking. I had the chicken fried steak w/eggs, hashbrowns toast and grits.
Eggs undercooked as were the potatoes. Steak Patti was just wrong. Anyway I will definitely be back (as I know that we all have a bad day) and give the business a chance for...

A relaxed, family atmosphere with a real "hometown" feel to it. The servers were friendly. The service was prompt. The Farmer's omelette was excellent. Definitely a place we will visit again!

I went for breakfast. It was a down-home type of meal. Ruth's breakfast was my order. If you make it your namesake, it should be your signature dish.

There were choices. Several choices. I started with asking for over-easy eggs. They came out perfectly. I chose the home fries over the hashbrowns. They were just what you would expect. (In a good way.) Biscuits and gravy were chosen over the grits and toast. I am a grits lover. However, I also love Biscuits....
