7/12 around 6pm or so went in there with my daughter & a blonde women mopping was very rude when we asked her a question.. I told her she didn't have to be rude and started walking out and as we walked out she said : don't come back.
Trust me I won't be back. I get it we all have bad days or whatever but it's sad that you take it out on customers. I will make sure Everyone I know don't go there. And hopefully manager realizes what kind of people they have working there.
If you're not a customer service person or like dealing with people don't work there!! Not surprised as other reviews here say the same thing. Manager do better.

The Hispanic lady that works at the Cafe is rude disrespectful and professionally racially profile a future employee and told her to her face that she wasn't going to get hired anyway. I was there around 1030 pm on 5 30 2024. Only one person working the registers & the store was packed. He was gd ing & f bombing all o er the place. I didn't appreciate that at all its unacceptable no matter what he was rude & inpatient. The manager was there but not helping at all & didn't say a word about the guys attitude. What's going on? Used to be a good store. Not any more.

This black lady was being rude bc she was “stressed” over a game and giving an attitude to every customer and raising her tone.
This place is terribly managed. It used to be good, but now it has nasty unclean amd never stocked coffee machines. There's no choice of breakfast what so ever. Just a chicken biscuit for breakfast... that's the only choice.

1/19/2024 I send my daughter to get a propane tank at 3 pm and when I was fixing to used it it was completely empty, not been able to send her back been that she was at work, ant 8 pm I send a friend to get me another one, this one only last me 3 hrs as cold as it is outside and the heater not working right, this was the only way to keep heat in the house, I don’t know if they realize that they are empty or because they are I high demand they are not filling the the way they supposed to, 27 dlls it’s not fair for a empty tank or even less for 3 hrs worth

employees fail to use gloves while making food at the cafe , which is very unsanitary . workers are nice though. i ordered something from the cafe little did i know that the person that was making my food had no gloves , this wasn’t the first time. just nasty.
