We order at drive thru,got back home to wartrace,and ticket on bag was right,but the food was wrong,ticket said two packs of sauce,and there's none in the bags,my wife order was wrong,nobody cares anymore. Pitiful

Bring back Breakfast! Breakfast is the best thing they have and they donât have it. Why open early if all you have is tacos? Bring back Crunchwraps. I donât want tacos at 9 AM
They messed up our order. They gave us the wrong drink they left out 2 hard tacos. Like ow worse could it get I would NOT recommend Shelbyville taco bell. I would definitely drive to Murfreesboro before I go back to Shelbyville Taco Bell!

Donât even get a star we waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. They were taking the Mobile orders only and ignoring the reg line!!!
I've been at this taco bell since I was a child. Usually it's good. I've had orders good and they have had slip ups. One thing to address though, almost every time I order nachos from here, they taste veryyyy burnt. It tastes terrible. I'm guessing the oil or whatever is no good. Hopefully this location will see this and hopefully try to prevent this moving forward.

Unfriendly staff at the drive thru. Iâve never been treated this way before, when he handed me my drink he didnât say anything. When he handed me my food, I said âThank you.â And he looked at me and didnât say a word. Just shut the drive thru door. It may or may not have something to do with the political sticker that I had on my car windowâŠ. or maybe heâs really just having a bad night and wanted others to have one too. Called the manager to be a Karen about it and complain, he said that he would relay the message to be more âfriendlyâ and I said thank you again to the manager and he just hung up without saying anything. Maybe I should complain to corporate ?, yâall shouldnât be working customer service if you canât fake it you shouldnât be in a customer service job, no one wants to deal with your grumpy attitude.

It's taco bell not fast not slow exactly what youd expect from taco bell
Taco Bellâs 3rd shift is the worst Iâve ever seen, my grilled cheese burrito was half the size and cold and my nacho fries tasted several hours old. The workers also talked for several minutes while my food was ready on the counter.
