I called last week from Ohio to see about the possibility of picking up catering for my nephews 1st birthday party which starts at 11 on 8/2. This location doesn’t open until 10:30, but Lacie (sorry if I spelled that wrong) told me she could have it ready around 9:45-10a. I just went and picked it up and I’m beyond grateful that you went above and beyond to help me out. Flying to Tennessee and trying to get this taken care of for my sister was stressful enough. You really are the hero today. Thank you again for everything.

I love their food they're super nice but for some reason they seem to have the barbecue sauce in a safe somewhere with no access... Almost every time I leave there with a barbecue potato there is no sauce and I mean almost every single time today I even paid for extra barbecue sauce and there wasn't even one in the box..😭 I'm just going to have to start checking before I drive off but the line was so long I didn't want to be rude

Messed up my very simple plain pulled pork sandwich. It was also halfway balled up. Very small side container. Over priced for the quality and quantity of food. I was disappointed in this location.

always an all time favorite comfort food who would want McDonald's or bk when u can get a HUGE TATER full of pulled pork with all the fixings and feed your family of 3 for 21$ and some change 😊 y'all never disappoint I have not had one issue of an incorrect order the past few years ❤️ but please please become doordash available 😁 I have been unable to drive due to some foot problems and there's been icky days I would have killed for my go to tater ❤️ employees are always wonderful down to earth and Wonderful fast service even if there's a huge druve thru line!
