Ordered at 11:15pm, our wings were not tossed, sauced was thrown on top like if they were in a hurry. All the wings looked disgusting. I know-its late, but yall dont close till midnight. This is no way to serve ur customers.
Called wingstop to ask why my wings were not tossed, she said they close at midnight so by 11pm all their bowls are washed, so they just throw the sauce on top of the wings and they dont get tossed. Manager refused to give me her name, but said “what you want then??? You want me to credit ur 40 wings???” Ummm yesss, u dont serve customers crap like this, sooo disappointed, if ur to stay open till midnight then u continue serving your customers the correct way till u close

First time coming here on a Sunday and there literally was no one else inside. We made a simple order and it took what seemed to be forever to get our food. Thanks for the experience but I WILL NOT BE BACK! Someone needs to help with planning or training.

The estimated wait time is NEVER close. Took an hour to get my order after sitting there waiting for it, then the guy says who are you waiting for (again) and I told him my name and then pulls my order off the shelf that has been sitting there for 20 mins. The restaurant sounded like a late night club with inappropriate music playing and the kitchen staff was so loud talking about who they banged the night before. Next time it will be Sonic wings for me.

this place was amazing when it first opened which wasn’t that long ago, but my goodness the service is TERRIBLE now. employees are not paying attention to pick up orders, asking people to pay twice (could be a system glitch not sure), handing out incorrect orders, and when you go back they say they fixed it and it’s STILL incorrect. the food is still good but it’s better when it’s what you actually ordered and paid for. i was super excited to have this option in shelbyville and it feels like another waste already.

Guy named Brendon is a liar. Tried implying that I lied about missing 10 wings after I politely called up there and asked if I could come back. Yes 10 wings… said the smell of cajun makes him sneeze so he knew the wings were in the bag lol. Definitely needs to be fired
