Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just had my Asian Zalad delivered and there was absolutely no chicken at all on the salad even though I asked for grilled. Definitely disappointing.

Thai salad was good but their kicken chicken toast was soggy. To call it toast is a joke. It was as if bread just sat in water and got waterlogged and then thrown on a toaster
For 2 seconds, just enough to make the outside brown. Not crunchy, but just to add some color.

In town for business and ordered online for carry out. Ordered Large fry with extra seasoning and got this.. got back to the venue and wasn’t given a fork for my salad

I ordered 2 garden salads on DoorDash. Delivery was good no complaints. But my salad was slushy. The coleslaw was so watery my bowl made the rest of the salad not eatable. I tried to call the store several times no one ever answered. I was so excited to try there zalad. I went in the next day to talk to manager. She told me that there was no way salad was slushy because the coleslaw was “not dry” but it was “extra” dry that day. I have never been so insulted in my life! I will never go there again. She also asked why I didn’t bring the salad back. Well it was from the day before and didn’t want it all over my car. I showed her I ordered from door dash. But apparently it wasn’t good enough. I guess I was out $23. And change for the salads because there was no way my salad was slushy!!! lol

I know that Post Covid and with the Economy the way it is during these times all restaurants have changed.
I hate waiting in lines and I hate it when you cannot get a stable (exp: Fried Mushrooms) that has always been a regular menu item for years.
But I asked for my Chicken Tenders to be Tossed (Wet) and I got," We Don't Do That."
So I left. I'll do it myself from now on at home. Never going back.

Miss. Alice is a sweetheart and so are the two girls upfont who are usually there at like 7pm they are the absolute sweetest compliments to those in the kitchen the food aa hit fresh and so very yummy

our food is almost constantly undercooked or absolutely covered in grease with a puddle at the bottom of the tray. no one answers the phone and they constantly say that they’re closed. a bunch of children are working here and love having an attitude with people they don’t know. especially the customers. they rushed us through our order and forgot the ketchup and the double fries. they only gave one order of fries. and gave me a small instead of a large fry. also forgetting one of my ranch cups when i paid for 2. definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you want to get laughed at by employees and told by the gm that your complaints basically don’t matter

Waited in drive through line for almost an hour. That’s should say enough about this place.

I love Zaxby’s in other locations. I will get food from the drive thru, it will be horrible, and I’ll take a break from going. We picked up food last night, and we opened the container, the fried pickles were poured into the container with grease and it burned through the pickles and other containers. They were supposed to have a gift card ready for us to pick up. The manager said she saw where they had written to give us a gift card, but they didn’t make it so we would have to come back another time, as she wasn’t the manager working last night. Just terrible customer service. I won’t be going back to the Shelbyville location.
