These young workers they got working this drive thru up here need manners about tempted to not go back and we eat here fairly often I can take my money where it is appreciated

Was headed to a early event and needed a good morning meal and I was not disappointed with Zaxbys everything we ordered was fresh and hot!!

Worst zaxby’s to go to. I’ve tried it multiple times. I quit getting a large fries there because it’s never more unless you take it back up there and ask for more. Got fried pickles and half of the order was stuck to each other so most of them were soggy. My wife got a chicken sandwich said her buns were more crunchy than her chicken. I liked the one in Smyrna that we use to live by but I think I’m done with this one.

they don’t listen when taking orders they always put the wrong thing i had to come here 3 times a row and still didn’t get my order right

Used drive through, order a Blue salad. Never asked if I wanted grilled or fried, just said pull up. I got to window paid and I said I want grilled chicken. She took the bag back. I had to wait for the salad. It was the wrong one which I found when I got home. I will never go back to the Shelbyville store. The service is terrible.

I paid $20 for 2 salads. I’m pretty sure they were old. I had to sift it and get all the old lettuce out. Didn’t eat it. Definitely can’t be charging $10 for a salad. I thought they made them fresh daily?

The food is way too salty, the size of the tenders and boneless wings are ridiculous most of the time and good luck trying to get fresh food. It's been a waste of money the past few visits.

Rude dried out old food

Ordered a salad and a 5 piece order of bone- in wings. An 1 1/2 later when I decided to eat, I had what appeared to be half a salad and those cheesecake bits ( which I wouldn't have ordered because I don't like them). I live in Lynchburg and will not be back in Shelbyville until Thursday, so I tried to call (5) but no one answers. Oh they did include ranch dressing for the non existent wings

Always takes forever for them to take my order inside, they will ignore the people in line to make multiple orders for anyone else. I watched the lady up front finish her conversation with the cook for about 3 minutes before even looking at me. My order was incorrect and old.

I just had my Asian Zalad delivered and there was absolutely no chicken at all on the salad even though I asked for grilled. Definitely disappointing.

Thai salad was good but their kicken chicken toast was soggy. To call it toast is a joke. It was as if bread just sat in water and got waterlogged and then thrown on a toaster
For 2 seconds, just enough to make the outside brown. Not crunchy, but just to add some color.
