Ace's Steak, Seafood, Italian restaurant.

The salmon was exceptional and the shrimp dinner was wonderfully seasoned. We loved the fresh mixed vegetables as they weren’t over cooked like so many places do. The atmosphere was quaint and the service exceptional. This was our first time there and it won’t be the last for sure!

Holy smokes this place is good. I did not expect to find a restaurant like this in small town Tennessee. I had the blackened salmon with veggies and I think it was lithe best salmon I’ve ever had. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce it came with was divine. My aunt loves the lasagna, that’s her go to meal. The table beside us got a tomahawk steak and it looked absolutely delicious . The chef walks around the restaurant making sure people are happy with their food.
Unfortunately, I’ve heard that this restaurant will be closing at the end of the year. What a shame.

We have been to Ace’s a few times and have always had a great food and amazing service. We had dinner there on New Years Eve 2024 for a party of 16 and had an wonderful time. They had our table ready when we arrived and served all of us in such a special way. We brought wines (they charge a cork fee), enjoyed delicious appetizers and an awesome meal! Love this place! And it’s located in the beautiful, quaint Downtown Smithville. That’s an added bonus!

Wow ! Second time .. cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in . best crab cakes we have ever eaten . Amazing staff , chef has incredible talent . Took me on a personal tour of the kitchen . It looked brand new .it was immaculate . Can’t believe this place is in Smithville . I now believe in Bigfoot ! Must try . Finally a business with pride . Great job ACE ….

Stopped in as we have heard wonderful things about this restaurant. We did make a reservation ahead of time just to make sure we could be seated because we were just driving through. Service was perfect. Attentive and answered all our questions. The food was excellent. Cooked perfectly and flavorful. Substantial portion sizes with a great specials selection. And don’t forget the dessert….delicious! Homemade sauces and creations to die for. We will definitely go back in the near future.

Four of us were excited about trying Ace's for the first time. We arrived a little after 5 and were greeted at the door by an employee and told that they couldn't accommodate us because they had a party of 16 soon to arrive. A couple ahead of us were told the same thing. That is not the way to treat people. There wasn't a sign on the door or an announcement posted on its Facebook page.

This Italian restaurant is so popular that it seats by reservation only. If you do not have a reservation, they do encourage you to call when you are 10 minutes out to verify space available. The owner had a premier Italian restaurant in Florida before moving to Tennessee. Now, he owns a premier Italian restaurant in the unlikely location of the small town of Smithville, TN. We dropped in during the Jamboree and only ate a mushroom entree. To say it was delicious is an understatement. Aces is a must visit whenever visiting Smithville or Center Hill Lake.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like family. We were a bit early for our reservation but they were so gracious and went ahead and seated us. Mercedes was our waitress for the evening and she never left us wanting for anything. She was always right on top of things with every detail. I chose the special for the evening of Caesar Salad, warm bread and Eggplant Parmesan served with a side of spaghetti with meat sauce. For frss

Best dining experience in Smithville, period! Of course the steaks are a must, but also try the crab cakes and blackened salmon. Wonderful service and quaint downtown atmosphere!

Crab cake & fried green tomatoes appetizers were very good. Filet mignon was okay-not a lot of flavor. Waiter was very attentive. Very disappointed in appearance & atmosphere-shouldn’t be paying the menu prices because it is lacking in these areas.
