I drive through Smithville on my commute home from work. Saw they had 4 for $10 and thought I would pick up some for a quick dinner. I never ate there before. I took a bite of one and it was terrible. I tried a bite of the second one and it was terrible as well. All 4 looked like leftover shavings and tasted like they sat in mop water. I threw them out. I'll stick to just driving on through Smithville like usual.

Showed up at 10 AM and went through the drive through. Nobody answered so we circled around and tried again. Once again, nothing. We pulled up to the window and the workers just looked at us and would not come to the window even though they saw us and they had been open for 30 minutes.

As always, the food is great. It would be nice to pick up to-go orders placed through the app through the drive-thru though.

This is only the Arbys in Smithville because of the manager that was there on March 27th at 7 pm 2024. Me and my husband went through the drive through tonight and told the extremely rude lady we wanted Krinkle fries they accidentally put curly fries. we proceeded to go back through the line and got to the speaker and was as nice as we could be and told her we asked for Krinkle and they gave us curly could they please get us the 2 orders of Krinkle she proceeded to immediately start yelling at us that we said curly that she took the order and she asked us twice which she only asked once and my husband said ma'am my voice may have made it sound like I said curly but I said krinkle. she yelled at us and said no you didn't I took the order I know what you said and we said again we just want the fries that we ask for and she started yelling lowdly over the intercom again drawing a huge crowd outside the store saying well I was going to break policy and replace them but since you are arguing I am charging you so pull around and I will ring you up. we said we have never been treated like this at any fast food place to not worry about we wasn't even hungry anymore amd as we drove off one of the workers apologized to us and we were still in shock. She is beyond rude and if she bullies Arby's customers like that i cant imagine how she treats those poor employees. I called the guest services and reported her and that is something I have never done before. we have never been treated that badly at any restaurant we have ever been to. I am going to pray for that lady and I really hope the problem gets addressed and she starts treating people better.

Couldn't get my order right, never had this much trouble before. My go to sandwich is the roast beef and cheddar.

The red headed lady working the intercom system and handing food out is rude. Also no napkins with the order.

ITS ALL TRUE AND THIS PLACE REALLY DOES SUCK.....Hey I just wanted to give everybody a heads up to steer clear of Arby's we just left there had a almost $40 order and we left went to quick and easy and started to hand the kids their food the chicken was cold in the sliders the Buns were hard as bricks my French dip was so soggy it was coming through the paper so I called to tell them that I'd like to have a refund and to bring the food back and she told us there was no way the chicken was cold because she cooked it herself which it doesn't matter who cooked it it was still cold we never were given a receipt at the window we were given $3.06 of change without a receipt so whenever we took the food back we realized there wasn't a receipt and she flung her arms across her chest and said well without that receipt there's nothing we can do about it mind you her employee that was rude as hell taking our order and just mad at the world that she had to tip her earbud up out of her ear did not give us the receipt so they took $40 and we had to go somewhere else and get different food just be aware folks. And it's no wonder the Lil employees has such an shifty attitude problem, because that managers was just as bad and she was scream8ng at me not letting fully explain anything to her. Said they absolutely would never not give a receipt. Ummmm. SMH.
