We went through the drive thru to get some cupfections and asked if they could be dropped down in larger cups because last time they leaked onto Cathy’s clothing and the truck. She got POed and said she wasn’t supposed to do that. We offered to pay for the cups and she got upset which made Cathy upset and me mad. I told her co-worker what we wanted and she seemed confused. They threw the ice cream out and started making them again. All we asked for was to get them dropped down into larger cups so they wouldn’t leak again. I don’t know if it was a language problem or what. I told them if it was going to be that big of a problem to just keep it. We went to McMinnville and got them put in larger cups. They were very friendly and Smithville DQ won’t be getting any more of our business.

The malted nutter butter shake was really good, but they need to hand out more capable straws for it. Also my daughter's ice cream started melting very quickly. Otherwise a great visit.
The most disrespectful bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with!!!! They Forget to put something in my bag and it’s my fault. I have to drive 20 minutes back to them or I don’t get anything at all.

Me and my mom came to get some blizzards and the girl at the window (I didn't catch her name) didn't flip the cups so my mom joking said "you didn't flip it, it's free" and the employee rolled her eyes and said "go the hell on, we've got a line" (there was one vehicle behind me). Then slammed the window shut. Worst customer service ever. Rude.
