Fireman One BBQ catered an engagement party that I helped plan. They were wonderful to work with and the food was absolutely delicious! All the guests couldn't stop talking about how good the brisket was! 10 out of 10 and would definitely use them for a catered event again!

If you haven't tried this place yet, youre missing out. It's delicious, inexpensive, and man do they feed you. I got the largest bbq sandwich they offer and it was PACKED with tender flavorful pull pork. I also got the spicy pickle fries. I didn't get the spiciness to it but they were crispy and so good, especially dipped in ranch. My meal altogether with a drink was $12 and 100% worth it . Bring your appetite! So excited to find this place. I cant wait to try their brisket! They have a bunch of options from burgers and hot dogs to bbq.

My only regret is I did not know about Fireman One Barbecue earlier so I could have booked him for the wedding.

Mr. Roy Merriman puts his skills in the "pit" together to come up with some of the most tounge slapping bbq, ohh and it doesn't stop there! Try the sides, baked beans, slaw, potatos and more. If your not in the mood to some hearty BBQ than try his famous burgers
