What can I say it's Hardee's, busy for breakfast and not bad for lunch or dinner. Food at this location has improved over the years and service depends on the day. Overall I don't mind going to this one, always had a good experience at the one in Smithville.

Very Friendly staff! Fresh, tasty good food. I really like the menu at Hardee's, and I got the new or possibly limited run barbecued pulled pork Frisco burger. Wow, it is really good! This location is very clean and staff were cleaning tables twice while I was her. Impressive!

Done a doordash order and no cheese on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Bacon was mostly fat on the egg bacon and cheese biscuit and cheese wasn't melted on it. Wrappers around the biscuits were greasy. Biscuits weren't good like they use to be.

My wife and I went through the drive thru for breakfast at the smithville tn location. Had a very kind cheerful man named Jordan take our order. It is great to have someone be kind and cheerful as he and also the lady at the window were. Most busy fast food restaurants don't. It is a very nice change to have someone who likes there job and treats the customers with kindness. Thanks and keep up the good work Jordan.

What happened to the service and atmosphere of this place? I always have received the best customer service here not this Saturday,maybe new management? I didn’t even see the same faces I usually see… I will not back anytime soon, Patricia took my order and was so rude and she is a manager.. so sad to see a place doing so well turn into this.

I ordered hardees on DD. My order sat on the counter for over an hour before it was picked up. I tried calling hardees several times before it was picked up to make sure I wasn't given old cold food but no answer. I was indeed brought old hard cold food. I obviously complained to DD and they said to also make sure the Manager at hardees is aware this happened. So I went in person to speak with the manager since I couldn't call them. I start to tell the "manager" what happened and she interrupted me to say "it's not their problem" and to contact DD. When I asked why they would send food like that knowing it's no good, she shrugged her shoulders and blamed DD. This "manager" offered no help, did not offer to remake the food, no apology, no nothing. She was rude and acted like I was wrong for having a problem. I let her know I would be contacting corporate and as I was walking away she angrily grabbed the old food in the bag I left on the counter and slammed it in to the trash. I get that it should have been picked up on time but as a manager you would think she would be thinking of the customer. The customer who paid to receive their product. She knew this food was no longer edible and past the food safety guidelines to serve and just said, "not my problem". And then had the nerve to be bothered when it did become her problem. I hope this "manager" moves on to another job because she obviously couldn't "manage" her way out of a paper sack. Until there's new management I will not return since I know what her standards are. Probably doesn't make employees wash their hands either since that's surely "not her problem". Also don't bother calling because she claimed their phone is "broken".

Had breakfast here- candied bacon biscuit was solid and the hot chicken biscuit was phenomenal. Received excellent service from Josh L who took out order and delivered our food. Definitely will dine here again.
Food wasn’t very hot, I was disappointed in whoever cooked my chicken. It was very hard & u could tell it had been cooked for a while & left sitting.

Well I got a mushroom Swiss meal a double lrg size and my burger was pink on the inside. Every time I try to call to say something there's nobody available to take my call.

Ordered 2 double bacon cheese star combos, large sized. Of course I don't check the order this time, and of course. I get 2 single cheese burgers and the large fries boxes are only half full. The poor girl at the drive through window was pleasant, though.
