i eat here frequently, as they have great burgers and great staff. one staff member who is especially nice, is a person named Soren. quite friendly, and works frequently. great customer service

Got mushroom&Swiss burger. I love the burger , but they don’t have pride in their work. The meat is so dry may as well call it choke burger. They can try save a little gravy , but will cost them buisness. Everytime I give them another try it’s hit or miss. Make them where people can enjoy them.

Somehow my order was changed from what I clicked on. I wanted two steak biscuits with a large gash round orders I got home and found I had a sweet roll, which h id never order because I have homemade ones here. I’m so upset I could scream. There’s no phone number to contact you

I had a great experience at the Smithville Hardee’s recently. The service was outstanding, thanks to an employee named Dameon. He was friendly, quick, and really went out of his way to make sure everything was right. This kind of friendly attitude is sadly hard to come by at other restaurants. I WILL be coming back.
