Ordered almost $50 worth of chicken on line for convenience. When I got to the drive through I told them I ordered on line, gave my name, and was told to just drive around to the window. When I got to the window I gave the young lady my name. She told me “that you are good this time, but next time you will have to come inside to pick up the order”. Good this time? Have to come inside? So if I order at the drive through I don’t have to come inside? By the way, your chicken is getting pretty small.

Almost every time I order food from here they get the order wrong and today I came back with the receipt so I could get what I ordered and they still gave me the wrong shit! You need to fire everyone and hire a whole new team or just close down cause ya’ll have been trash for at least the last two years!

Gave us the wrong food, the food we got was not edible in the slightest. We ordered inside and there is a loud obsessive bell sound that plays anytime someone approached 15 of the door which was frequent. (Which is why we took the food to go).

I hate that workers have to deal with that. No one wonder they are in a bed mood.

The only person there with the most consideration and care was the only person I wish didn't have to work there. She was hunched over and yall already know. But every one els there was not considerat with costumes inside the place, or even that one hunched over. And yes she was and elderly, presumably more than 40 if not more. And hunched over I mean legit bent over looking down. In respect I didn't take any pictures, but this place needs a change. All of there places do.....

Occasionally get a full size grumpy person that's had a rough day, but she always gets the order right.

I love their food. They have the best food ever, and probably the best food in Smithville Tennessee.

The food is good but the level of service is severely lacking. I have not been there in over a year that I didn't have to pull up and wait, even just for a mere soft taco and a drink. Last night I had to stop since I was running so behind and kids were starving. We purchased a cantina bowl and 3 hard shell tacos. I expected to pull forward but what I did not expect was to wait 17 minutes for them to bring out a cantina bowl and one soft taco. I immediately went back in after checking and to my surprise no one would acknowledge me. After a few more minutes I finally spoke up, I was completely ignored. Then a guy from.the back came up to the front and yelled out, "2 hard tacos for car 1." I said, "For car one? That is me." They walked right past me and then after getting outside, one of the workers who had been sitting outside on his break since we got there tells them it is for the car behind us, so they give it to them. At this point I was finally heard, after becoming severely upset. Now, to say all of this, i will admit I am not usually one to show when I get upset and I feel bad for it so I do apologize. Afterwards, I finally got a young girl to come and ask about rhe incident and made it right, but come on KFC/ Taco Bell! Train your help or give them better guidelines. And to this generation of upcoming adults, the teacher in ne says, "Do better. Want MORE of, from and For yourself!" Very disappointing. One of your tried to help or fix an issue and the rest of your sat idols by and ignored it (me). If this is any inclination of how you come along in life, I am scared for your future.

These people are always rude, today more than usual. They've started charging for sauce packets, and still didn't include them with my bag. Of all the locations I've been to in tn and other states, I've been to many, I'd estimate 35-50 different ones. Sadly, this is the closest one to my home and by far the worst. knowing how awful they are, my expectations stay pretty low for them. I know there will be a wait and a rude encounter regardless, so I just ask that I get what I pay for. I know it'll be either undercooked or borderline cold, and half the time they "accidently" charge you for things you don't want. The prices are outrageous so I expect all of this. Tonight wasn't just rude, it was blatant disrespect and packing everything into one bag (likely to deter me from ensuring the order is all there) and the bag was ripping down the side. I didn't want to drop all the food so I didn't investigate. I reminded the disrespectful employee of my sauce purchase and she assured me, they're in there. Making it home and realizing that she lied is so infuriating because my kids want to eat, not wait and go back to fix the problems. So once again they disappoint me further than I thought possible. If my children didn't have such sweet faces and such low standards for tacos, I'd avoid this establishment altogether. Sadly these kids end up convincing me to try again so they can get what they want to eat. With such a low bar, it's really hard to upset me but they just keep showing that it can always get worse. Such a crazy thing seeing as how the manager who runs this location also runs the best location I've ever had (gordonsville, tn) and I'm just so curious as to how he got managers on such opposite ends of the spectrum. I certainly wish the gordonsville manager would get a promotion to be a trainer for the entire market, maybe these stores could get to a sub par level. Such a sad thing here, even the colonial would snub his nose at the smithville location. It's like a generic version of the real thing only in the sense that it shares the name and the look of the real ones, but the quality is seriously lacking here. Wish they would just get a refund for that place. Tear it down and start all the way over! Throw the whole thing away. It's like a motel sign that shows vacancies but when you take the time to stop, they don't have a room for you. This sign shows they're the home of the colonial but it's very clear the colonial left and has no intentions of coming back. Ahhhh one can only wish they'd read the reviews and see what a sinkhole that store is. I'm sure they hit numbers, because they basically rob you. But I can't imagine what the whole of the p&l looks like because the amount of food that's not up to par far exceeds the profits they're bringing in through this shady business. I'll pray for the management to care enough to fix this place 🙏

3 piece, all white (original ) plus 2 sides - meats were overcooked and dry. Of all the KFC's that I have gotten meals at, this was the second time that I couldn't even finish my food as it wasn't even close to being at the standards set by KFC.
