Today after school, I took my kids to get a snack and ordered two snack wraps. The chicken inside was burnt. I called to let the store know, and first spoke with Maddie, who said it was “just the breading.” I called back and spoke with the manager, who told me there was nothing they could do.
If an employee makes a mistake, the customer shouldn’t be left to deal with it. Burnt food shouldn’t have been served in the first place, and the lack of any resolution is disappointing. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

Tea machine was down and just like everywhere depends on a computer to interact with customers the chicken was old and they call 2 pickles being extra and big mac sauce was sour never again will I be back i mean pathetic restraunts at its finest and you dont make this up and they give you food improperly wrapped straight from the bag
Got 2 Big Macs today the burgers was cooked great. Was enjoying them and all a sudden a hair in my Big Mac was end of that . I can’t even keep eating after threw it away and went hungry makes me sick . I hate hair nets all that to is something that needs done over food. They may have them but was a longer hair so know wasn’t mine am almost bald. Spend money to get food should be safe . Rest was great no other problem thanks.
