My daughter and soon to be son-in-law was eating there last week and he was eating a cheese stick and found a large finger nail in it. No remorse from anyone there not even any discounts offered 😝 guess what Pizza Hut there is a new pizza place coming to town when you start to lose customers because you can treat them anyway you want because you are the only pizza place in Smithville maybe you will get the picture! They left stuff out of our Order today. Manager was super rude and the tried to make his driver drive all the back out for their mistake in the store. The driver even knew they probably forgot something. Even told me to call if they did. The pizza was cold and soggy like usual. I will never order another pizza from this place they doesn’t care what their pizzas look like or have the respect to owe up and say the are sorry for their mess up.
