Worst pizza I've ever had. Multiple other customers standing waiting for 15 minutes on food that was supposed to be ready, saying that it's always like this and good luck. After I finally got my food it was terrible. Stay away from this place.

This Pizza Hut is severely understaffed. We play star order for 16 wings a little after 4:00 and it said it would be ready by 4:29 so we showed up to the window at 4:30 on the dot and didn't get our food until after 5:00. We couldn't get anybody on the phone and we were not able to go in and speak to someone. Two different people came to the window to ask us the name on the order and the second person told us that our food was coming out of the oven but we still ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes longer.

I ordered 2 pizzas with my app and went to pick them up. I was told one had be “damaged” and needed to be remade. 9 minutes later I was given the replacement pizza, which was the wrong size, which meant I had to wait another 9-10 minutes for a third pizza to be made for my pickup order. By the time I got home, the first one already had the cheese getting hard and cold from how long it took for the other one. The one that I did already have does not have the correct crust on it. Pizza Hut has trademarked “Thin ‘N’ Crispy” and no longer actually offers this crust. The quality of their food has deteriorated over the last few years. The picture shows my supposed thin and “crispy” nastiness I was given. I am pretty sure that was New York floppy style. The cheese tastes artificial and the crust was terrible. After 30 years of supporting this local Pizza Hut, I am done.

Do not eat here unless you want to wait 3-4 hours for your food or longer than that we were sitting here here they're not and it took us 5 hours before we got our food the woman at the back end was very hateful very very rude

Had to leave 1 star to review so.....Why did Pizza Hut or the Owner spend all that money to redo the dining area never to have it open to customers? It's always the same excuse , Employees called out..We've tried to go in the last few weeks 5 or 6 times and always closed....seems alot of money was wasted on the dining room for it to be closed to the public..

Sat for 20 minutes in the lobby. 5 employees, one of which looked like a store manager, walked passed and seen us waiting. One other couple in the dining room still waiting on their food or waiting to order and they still never came out to wait on us or check the other guests. 2 employees watched us walking to the door and didn’t say a word. Not my first terrible experience here figured I’d give it another shot pizza sounded good. Absolutely terrible.
