My oldest son lives in Smithville and just had a birthday. I contacted Smithville Donuts requesting delivery of a dozen Old Fashion, aka Cruellers, his favorite since he was a boy. I'm in Virginia so was unable to deliver them myself. They went above and beyond to help me make this happen!! And a little bird told me that the donuts he received were simply delicious!! Thank you Smithville Donuts!!
I personally never been there myself unfortunately but I heard from a friend they were good and it is a nice mom and pop donut shop a local joint as it were so the only reason I'm not giving the food five stars it's because I personally never ate there I'll gladly change this review when I have ate their donuts ? but far is everything else my friend basically said they had great service and atmosphere he also said the food was great but I'd rather judge that myself

A great little spot for some delicious donuts! They have varied and great selection. They even have a few hot and cold sandwich options! My personal favorite is the cream cheese pastry. Their cinnamon roll and apple fritter are both excellent options as well.Service- The owners and their staff are extremely friendly. Each and every time I go there they always go out of their way to accommodate and help in every possible way.Food- Every option from their menu that I have tried has been an excellent experience. The reason for the 4/5 score is due to them running out of donuts quickly. They sell out quickly due to their quality so it isn't a bad thing. It's just disappointing when they don't have your preferred pastry hahaha.Atmosphere- I love this spot immensely and find it to be a great addition to Smithville's line up of eating establishments. However they do not offer much in the way of dining in which is by no means an injustice of any caliber.Don't miss out on the coffee either!

I liked these donuts. A little different, each donut was small but very well decorated and iced. Dough was good not to much icing.
