It was probably only one person working but sat there for 30 minutes and pressed the button 19 times. One employee doing everything in her power not to be backed up on orders. Poor thing.
Went to bumpers instead.

Ordered 3 combo meals and they charged for one and the other two rang them up individually. Why would they do that is my question. The speaker they couldn’t hear and had to almost yell the order 3 times for them to get it wrong. The app wasn’t working as usual with this sonic or my meals would have been a bit cheaper. When this was brought to the server they were rude about it. Not a problem at all because I don’t have to go back and get crap services. And I posted the receipt so you can see for yourself.

I don’t know what the problem is with this Sonic but here lately, every time I go, it never fails the stall I pull into is not working. Like why can’t the staff simply put a cone in the stalls that aren’t working or something to keep people from having to pull in and then back out and find another stall? They’ve already removed multiple order screens and now half the others don’t work! It’s very irritating.

Absolutely horrible service and they get my order wrong continuously. I don't like giving bad reviews but I've live around this area for 3 yrs and they have not gotten any better. Takes 20 minutes to get 4 drinks. Find another Sonic somewhere else if at all possible

The place should just demolished. The service is horrible, none of the credit card readers work so they will take your card inside, make sure you ask for a receipt. The food I ordered didn’t come after she took my card, I asked 3 times about my food and kept being told “it should be out” I finally gave up and left. I don’t know how someone can just ignore someone that’s already paid for their food items.

If I could leave 0 star I would. The app NEVER works for this place. Spent $88 on food and the hotdogs, cheese sticks and onion rings all tasted nasty. Like the oil was burnt, to hot and not changed out. The cheese sticks was hallow on the inside. Dude argued with me about what I ordered. Gave me the wrong thing and demanded it back lol so if you ordered cheese sticks you might have gotten some my kids fingers have been in.
