After ordering, menu board said in the kitchen, then later menu board said Emma was on the way with order. After waiting 12 minutes more, called to find out where my order was. Told they will check on it. 2 minutes later was told it was on the way. Got it 4 minutes later. I had paid with a card with a dollar tip. Will no go there again. Will go to Bumpers from now on.

Normally the food is good not so much last night. Burgers were sloppy with ketchup and mashed like someone tried to mash them flat. Not sure what's going on with that Sonic.

My kids always want things from here but it's always a very very long wait and then the order is almost always wrong....or just unacceptable food (like 4 total fries in a box). Every single time I come here I say it will be the last. Shame on me for continuing to give them my money.

Forever to get waited on and forever to get your order. And then it's cold or not what you orderd. The place used to be fantastic something has drastically gone wrong and getting worse if that's possible.

Service here was literally TERRIBLE . Not only did I have to come back , but I then sat and waited an HOUR for my replacement with an empty parking lot !!
The food was nasty what I got of it. I was there Saturday night August 10th. The workers were all sitting on the side walk at the back door when I arrived. I kept getting asked will that be all while I was ordering. When I got my food I didn’t get it all the onion rings were smashed into a ball and thrown into a bag, the French fries looked like they were skimmed off the grease and put into a bag, the sandwiches weren’t even something to write to home about. I would never go back to this Sonic’s again. I if I was the manager on duty I can tell you those workers wouldn’t be getting paid for standing or sitting on the side walk do nothing. I also would be embarrassed that my customers didn’t get all their food and that they are writing the review letting millions of people know how my restaurant is and for the employees shame on you for getting this review.if you don’t want to work you should move on. I don’t even live in Smithville. I was there visiting. You would think you would treat your visitors better than that. When I called to let them know I didn’t get all my food and asked if it could be put on my card they told me it would take 24 hours well it’s been two days now and still isn’t put back on my card. I feel if you say that your going to do something do it right then and there. Just exsteamly disappointed first time eating at a Sonic’s and the food sucked.

Absolutely worst Sonic experiences ever at this restaurant. They are never staffed the food is almost always wrong and it's the exact same excuse every single time. "Oh well we only have one car hop" just a single drink will take you 20 mins and I just waited an hour but 1 drink and 1 sandwich. Last time I will ever go there. The management and owner should be ashamed at running something this atrocious.
