If ya gonna be subway, you need to honor coupons and the subway app. If you wanna holler privately owned, call it Tim's sub shack or something

$8 for the worst steak and cheese ever made
Losers make you wait 20 minutes just to answer the phone and set it down so no one can even call. Y’all are sad. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So I was out and about in Smithville and I wanted to get some subway. This isn't my subway I usually go to so I was hoping it would still be as good. So I roll up and I see employees smoking in the drive thru, I don't want people like my little sister to see that stuff. And then, I see some fat ladies telling at some poor girl in her car. And the sandwiches were mediocre, like it looked like they didn't know what they were doing and just massacred my sandwich right Infront of me. Terrible subway.
The app makes it simple, plus digital coupons! When you arrive its made to order

I went through the drive thru on the way home after a long day and ordered a Pickleball Club described on their website as "thin-sliced Black Forest ham, crisp bacon, and American cheese on our Artisan Italian bread. With lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, and our Honey Mustard sauce". I added pepper jack cheese and jalapeños, but when I got home, a 20 minute drive, I opened it up and discovered that I had nothing but a little ham on a foot long piece of bread.
So I paid $13.60 for a sub which wasn't even the equivalent of a $2.00 ham sandwich. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told that there wasn't one there and that she only worked from 8-3, so there's no one in charge during dinner hours?! Weird. I was told to call back the next day. Unfortunately I wasn't able to call back the next day as I just moved here and I'm still dealing with contractors to get my house finished so I called on Wednesday. This time I got to speak to the manager who rudely told me that "if what I was saying was true that I would have called the next day and that in order to get credit for the bad sandwich that I had to bring it back.". I have to ask, how in the world am I supposed to get a sandwich back to them 2 days later, and why was this woman so rude when I simply wanted credit for a bad meal?!
This Subway has lost my business for life, and I'll wait to see how corporate deals with this. If their answer is not some form of credit then Subway has lost my business permanently. It's sad to see a formerly great food chain turn into this.

The food was great as always but there was a woman there named Kierra that was extremely rude to customers and mistreating the minor employees. From the sound of conversations i over heard, she was in training but making the other girl complete her tasks while they were actively engaged with other things. Management may need to re-evalute that hire. If you are new; age does not play a factor in your work roles, experience and training does.

This place was absolutely delicious. The tall curly headed girl who wears number 17 garlic roast beef was an absolute gem. She was very nice and had cool socks. Not only was she fashionable but she made me a delicious yummy sandwich. She cleaned thoroughly throughout our stay. She fluffed our seat cushions, held open our door, and stopped traffic for us to leave the parking lot. I would rate this place 10000/5 if I could and I would highly recommend.
