Store was EXTREMELY dirty and almost every table was disgusting. Soda machine area was clearly not cleaned either. Staff ran into customers 2 separate times and didn’t even apologize. Some of the staff were not wearing gloves while handling the food and some of the staff was just standing around while the line was getting backed up. Idk what it is about Smithville but the attitudes of these people and demeanor is just ridiculous. Everyone looks extremely miserable.

I love Taco Bell. I've been here several times. One time I went there and got chicken off the KFC side of it, and it was burnt. The last time we went and had Taco Bell, and the meat was burnt, but I have been here several times that it was delicious. We all have days.
Like a casino, food is ALWAYS the best, ...but the service sometimes is short, rude, OR very helpful & friendly. That LOUD square white thing on the wall by registers NEEDS to be quieted down... ABSOLUTELY approve of the music. 🙏

Stopped by after work today had to wait for someone to come to the counter to take my order then had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food was much worse than usual they said the the reason for the long wait was everyone was ordering taco bell and only had one line wait was really long and food was terrible

Accidently arrived at 5 mins to closing on a wednesday night. Traveling home after a ball tournament and in unfamiliar area. The staff were absolutely polite, we're already ready to close, but never a cross word. Food was great and correct as ordered. Keep up the good work crew!

Every time i ask for mild sauce they never give it to me. it’s happened like 10 times now and all i wanted was a little mild. but i got nothing. quesadilla with no mild is awful. super sad and disappointing. if you work at taco bell and you’re reading this… don’t ask me if i want any sauce and then never put it in the bag. i’m crying my eyes out
