Every time i ask for mild sauce they never give it to me. it’s happened like 10 times now and all i wanted was a little mild. but i got nothing. quesadilla with no mild is awful. super sad and disappointing. if you work at taco bell and you’re reading this… don’t ask me if i want any sauce and then never put it in the bag. i’m crying my eyes out

This is one of those Taco Bell/KFC hybrid freestanding restaurants. In small towns like Smithville, I usually receive good customer service by friendly employees. By contrast, I recently had a job that required a lot of travel in the US. Almost without exception, in large cities and urban areas around Chicago, New York, most large cities in California, service was horrible! Not just Taco Bell. There were a few rare exceptions, but 90% of the interactions I had with employees of any fast food restaurant was negative. The employees in these areas acted like they were doing me a favor by doing their jobs poorly. Always rude, slow and in some cases, nasty! The Smithville Taco Bell/KFC was a refreshing reminder of what good customer service is. Thank you Smithville Taco Bell employees!

Very upset they get my order won't and then don't answer the phone so I can see if I can get my food replaced, when you spend over $50 to feed two adults and 2 children you at least expect your good to be right but I understand people make mistakes but not answering the phone for customers is laziness and rude
