Not gonna lie, the building is super inconveniently located, but it's worth it! The ice cream is absolutely incredible. Sooo creamy. Wish the ice cream flavors had names on them though. Would be nice to be able to look over the flavors to help you decide while you're waiting. There's a list of flavors on the wall, but no way to tell which is which looking at the ice cream. Friendly staff, good sized scoops. Definitely recommend

if I could give zero stars I would. we waited for about 20 minutes to be helped, myself and my 82 yr old mother with a walker. she wanted a chocolate ice cream cone. the girls helped the people that came in after us, and then went to the back room and laughed and looked at their phones and never came back out to help us. I will never go back, apparently they don't need our business. went to Karen's down the road, excellent service and food.

The staff is so nice and friendly. Deciding which flavor is hard, but pistachio, cafe, and coconut are my favorites. There is no better ice cream that I've ever had.

I always come to this location all year round. It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold. But I won't come again. A person knows when the ice cream has thawed and they put it back in. I liked the mongonada en conito but I saw it as ice like a raspa. I told the girl who helped me if I could change the cone while still on the line. He didn't eat it and I showed him the ice that was frozen water on top of the cone. They looked at me as if they weren't looking at the ice and I told them if it could be changed and they didn't want to. I threw it in the trash and paid however I wanted. He who eats mangoneada knows the flavor, especially if it always comes.
