Just left during the dinner rush, they were slammed. Ms. Angie, the manager, was so sweet and apologetic, and I had no issue. She and the nice young man in the kitchen were killing it, and they got my food to me as fast as possible. They worked right thru the callouts and rush. Great job!!!

Great food! It was hot and the gentleman at the drive through was great! He offered the cheese sauce for the curly fries absolutely worth it. My favorite part was the cherry turnover again he offered it and glad he did I really enjoyed it. Thanks for offering all the additional items. Great salesman. I always go here when I need a good meal that fills me up.

This is the second time I've been to this arby's. I'm gonna skip doing Uber runs to this arby's. Because it takes them literally thirty minutes with nobody in line to get my food to take it to my customer. If I can give them A Zero, I would. How can you be this slow with nobody in the store?

Train staff. I placed my order and it was incorrect and each time employee had to go in and talk to manager and kept bringing out wrong thing. Then blamed on me
Gross. Ordered a jomocha shake and they served me vanilla. Fries are ice cold and totally inedible. When addressed with the "manager", they argued with me. Overpriced trash. Paid in cash and they couldnt even count the change back. This place should be shut down.

Had a mobile order, only used it because it had an app only deal of 50% off. Order two half pound roast beefs and when I goto pick up the order the assistant manager who must of just been having a bad day gave me nothing but bad attitude when I asked for a refund or a different solution. She said she couldn't do anything, wouldn't even give me the food I had paid for already minus the roast beef. Didn't offer to replace it with other items or nothing. the only thing she offered was rudeness. Still without a refund 24 hours later.

The management was very disrespectful and locked the doors while my boyfriend and I were dining inside. Then proceeded to get upset that we didn’t know which door was unlocked (because they didn’t indicate which door to go out). They also didn’t properly make my boyfriend’s sandwich (the turkey, bacon, ranch). Overall the experience was very disappointing and unpleasant.

I have to say today’s service was spot-on. We’ve had bad experiences at so many fast food restaurants lately with them getting the orders wrong or taking forever. Tonight I pre-ordered on the app. The food was ready on time, and very fresh. And unlike other places, they gave us all the food we ordered! Great job this evening!
