I had a very strange experience at an Arby’s location. I placed a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot and then drove to the drive-through speaker to pick it up. Initially, the staff said they could not find my order in the system and told me it had not come through yet. I was then told to come back around. Moments later, they said the order had just come through.
When I reached the window, the first employee was polite and friendly. However, a manager then came to the window and began lecturing me for placing a mobile order and not waiting five minutes before arriving. The tone was condescending and made it seem as though I had done something wrong, despite the drive-through being completely empty. I was told they could not make the order right away and was instructed to park and wait because it would allegedly take an extended amount of time.
Less than one minute later, an employee walked out and handed me my order.
What this experience highlighted for me is a broader issue with Arby’s as a brand. There was a clear lack of basic customer service and an inability to make a customer feel welcome or valued. What was especially baffling is how disruptive a single mobile order seemed to be. I counted at least three employees working, yet one mobile order with no other customers present appeared to cause unnecessary stress and confusion.
Given how quickly the order was ready, there was no clear reason it could not have been handed to me at the drive-through window. Instead, the entire interaction made me feel unwelcome, as though I was being punished simply for placing an order through the app.
I use mobile ordering regularly at many fast food chains, including McDonald’s and Taco Bell, and have never experienced anything like this. At those locations, mobile orders are handled efficiently and without issue. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not return to Arby’s, nor will I use the Arby’s mobile app again.

Order was wrong and stone cold. In this day and age it should be correct and eatable. The little children working at this location should all be sent back to elementary school to figure out what is right versus wrong. Will not be able to go back to this below standard place of business again. BEWARE!!!!

Last time I go here. The food was awful, the service very slow, store and parking lot were empty, and now I know why!! I will drive the extra couple miles to go to Lavergne store.

All was good and it wasn’t busy, but I got cold fries. Nobody ever wants cold fries kids. I’ve done fast food and if you can put yourself in my place, you wouldn’t like cold fries either. Food isn’t cheap, so please make a little effort. The roast beef sandwiches were good at least. 😌

woman at window was very friendly, sandwich was hot , but had sauce leaking out all over the bun( messy) and fries were super cold. I personally don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for made to order.

I ordered Cheese bacon double burger combo over 14.00 for just this combo my total bill 26.08. The burger was raw. I called Arby’s and a manager named Vanessa kept telling no they cooked it medium well. I told her they did not I took a picture of the raw meat. Does salmonella ring a bell here.
Vanessa wanted to argue about it. I told her I would bring the sandwich which is going to cost me more gas I’m 70 on a fixed income.

Vanessa was not on duty when I got to Arby’s the manager on duty was Caniya I hope I spelled it correctly or Caniya.
She was magnificent customer service she listen to me then fix the problem. I was a Shoneys manager for a long time. In the words of Ray Danner if your mommy want eat don’t serve it. Still rings true today.
The other manager Vanessa needs a class in customer service.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at this Arby’s was too frustrating to ignore. I was on the phone with the “‘manager” and she was very rude wouldn’t hardly let me talk. employees was very rude to my son. They would treat my son very badly, he didn’t get no respect and apologize.
As someone who works in a restaurant I like to be nice to my customers and greet them in. maybe it's time for some retraining or a new staff entirely. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all there’s very rube.
