Decided to try their delivery. Package dropped of was missing a food item. Package was closed with sticker so I could see it was not opened since leaving the store. Called the store back to get a refund for the item that was missing. They said they would refund the money but never did. Will not use their delivery service again and will try to go to other Arbys in the future.

I'm standing here waiting for my food, and I see a worker sweeping the floor. He takes my mozzarella out of the freezer with his bare hands, without washing them, and drops it into the grease. I can only imagine what these people are doing when customers go through the drive-thru.

I went through the drive thru and got their 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10 deal with some Arby's sauce. It was good and they got it out in a good amount of time.
Probably the best Arby's we've stopped at. The whole place, including the bathrooms, were very clean. The food tasted fresher than most (the fries didn't seem as if they'd been sitting around). We'd stop here again!
Just went thru the drive thru, and the experience was terrible. Worker in drive thru was far less than customer friendly, and to top it off the fries were cold. Local, not coming back.
