God forbid you request a certain section to set in. I've never had a problem requesting this section. Always received a smile from the hostess or host. Without any problems. But today the first time I had ever met this host, she acted disgusted that I had made this request, and I asked her if it was a problem and she just replied, go ahead, set wherever you want. I truly hate that this happened. I really liked this restaurant.

I’ve been buying food here for a long time and I never once complain but man i came in today and bought 2 to go plates and did the hibachi grill like i always do. The guy there was so unfocused and rushed everything my meat ate undercooked . Please hire people that want to work and at least enjoy their job.

The food is standard buffet fare. I am writing a warning. I was charged an extra charge on my last (and it will be my last) visit for $62.53. when it appeared on my bill I went by to get them to correct it but they refused since I didn't have a receipt. Of course I didn't have a receipt because I was never charged for that amount. The stole $62.53 from me and they will from you if you give them a chance.

I often come to this restaurant on weekends, and today I saw that older, short Asian waitress arguing with other server. I’ve noticed that she gets into arguments with different server almost every week. This is not good,I think she doesn’t know how to get along with others, and maybe she’s not suited for this job.

Yesterday,we were initially very happy to go out for a meal, but it turned out to be an unpleasant experience. The waitress ying was very rude and spoke in a loud voice. I ended up not leaving a tip for her. When she noticed that I hadn’t tipped, she looked very unhappy and kept giving us hostile looks. She also muttered something in a language I couldn’t understand as she walked away. We will not be coming back.

This establishment had some pretty good variety and options on their foods but overall, the food was pretty decent. The service from the start was actually pretty decent, got sat down got my drink and napkins set and ready. now, this is where it went downhill, first of all, i already gave her a tip when she gave me the bill. she stood their in my face counting the money i put next to the check and at first i didn’t think much of it because maybe she was checking to see if the bills or real or if the amount was rightfully paid. after she checked the amount, she looked at me dead in the eye and told me “only this much? no more?”. i was shocked, how can you stand there at a customer and demand more money when already gave her a tip. so, i was embarrassed and i gave her a few more dollars when i really didn’t have to. she came back and RECOUNTED the bill in front of my face again and grinned at me and walked away, shameful absolutely shameful from this establishment. if the workers aren’t getting paid enough for their job , it’s NOT my responsibility or the responsibility of other customers to be demanded more of, instead should be the responsibility of the owner. pathetic service and lack of responsibility from this establishment and person in charge. i’ve had a friend come in here a few months ago and told me she got chased down the parking lot and demanded her more tip, she was embarrassed from the situation. shame on this place and the way they handle service from the staff.

The food was ok and all, but the service was horrendous. The waiters don't even come around that much and have bad attitudes. Today when I paid for my food the waiter counted the money in my face and was trying to tell me to give her more tip money. This isn't even the first time this happened. The last time someone chased me outside to demand I give her a higher tip. The service definitely needs to be taught some basic principles in being mindful and to stop such shameful practices that embarrass both the customer and the establishment.
