God forbid you request a certain section to set in. I've never had a problem requesting this section. Always received a smile from the hostess or host. Without any problems. But today the first time I had ever met this host, she acted disgusted that I had made this request, and I asked her if it was a problem and she just replied, go ahead, set wherever you want. I truly hate that this happened. I really liked this restaurant.

I’ve been buying food here for a long time and I never once complain but man i came in today and bought 2 to go plates and did the hibachi grill like i always do. The guy there was so unfocused and rushed everything my meat ate undercooked . Please hire people that want to work and at least enjoy their job.

The food is standard buffet fare. I am writing a warning. I was charged an extra charge on my last (and it will be my last) visit for $62.53. when it appeared on my bill I went by to get them to correct it but they refused since I didn't have a receipt. Of course I didn't have a receipt because I was never charged for that amount. The stole $62.53 from me and they will from you if you give them a chance.

I often come to this restaurant on weekends, and today I saw that older, short Asian waitress arguing with other server. I’ve noticed that she gets into arguments with different server almost every week. This is not good,I think she doesn’t know how to get along with others, and maybe she’s not suited for this job.

Yesterday,we were initially very happy to go out for a meal, but it turned out to be an unpleasant experience. The waitress ying was very rude and spoke in a loud voice. I ended up not leaving a tip for her. When she noticed that I hadn’t tipped, she looked very unhappy and kept giving us hostile looks. She also muttered something in a language I couldn’t understand as she walked away. We will not be coming back.
