I come in this Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins a lot somewhat in the mornings. There was an issue with them saying we don’t do 4scroops. I been going for about 10 years, they know exactly what I want, then all of a sudden one of the manger's wanted to argue with me about a scoop of ice cream! Oh it’s gonna be more we can’t do 4, but they done it before! Now all of a sudden they not opening up the Baskin Robbins part until 11. I think they just told me that shitt… I’m done!!!

Not once, twice, three nor four but over 5 times in the span of about 6 months I’ve come to this location seeking my favorite cappuccino blast which I’ve gotten after my dental appointment religiously since I was a child. I have been told the machine is “down or broken, closed for cleaning “ and other responses that sound like excuses. I work customer service management and I would understand and be more accepting if they just told me they don’t know hoe to make it. I explained to the associate my concerns asking should I just not return to this location for the blasts or is there a work order for the machine and his response was “ it’s up to you”.

This location does not have much choices like the ones in Murfreesboro. I’ve came twice and they have said each time they don’t have it, so I just go to the Murfreesboro ones

The scoop I received was smaller than a child’s scoop. The ice cream was sort of soft and the employee acted like he was doing me a favor by waiting on me.

Ordered the vegan option (the only one they have) and sure enough it contained dairy. I know it’s an ice cream place, but come on, if you’re gonna include everyone by putting a vegan option on your menu, the least you can do is maintain the one option you have. Degenerates.

0 stars. I ordered 2 quarts of lemon sorbet and received 1 quart all ice cream, and the other about 1/4 sorbet on the bottom. If you don't have it, okay. But to deliberately and willfully give me something other than I ordered? So so so disappointing. Never again.

Worst experience ever. The drive-thru person was very unfriendly. It seems he needs some training in good customer service.We ordered two large milkshakes and mine had a piece of hair in it...so disgusting. I had to throw the rest of the shake away for obvious reasons. What a waste of money.

I'm aware that I sound like a Karen, but that being said.. we are an ice cream family. The kids like the creature cups so we keep giving this place a shot. The children that run this location need better training. Over the past several times we have been here they have gotten orders wrong and been rude while talking orders. They also close the lobby early or altogether.
