Went to pickup a mobile order for the new Dubai Chocolate Shake and Sundae. After 5 minutes of waiting, I was told they were out of that flavor. I walked inside to get a replacement, since they don't give refunds without a manager. The lady was rude and seemed prepared for a fight. The Dubai flavor is way more expensive than the regular flavors they had, but they didn't try to work out an even exchange. I totally got ripped off. Next time I won't order online and I won't be back.

Pretty damn expensive for inferrior quality product. Ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake and got basically a lightly flavored peanut milk for 9 bucks.

They stopped selling Daiquiri Ice so I will never step foot in baskin robbins again that was my favorite flavor since I was a kid smh

If I could do zero or negative stars I would! My husband and I wanted ice cream, we normally go to sonic or Dairy Queen but today I suggested something different! WOW what a horrible experience ever!! We were the only customers inside. One car at the drive thru window and 3 employees. The drive thru guy only dealt with the window one guy in corner was mixing waffle batter. The 3rd one at a table wiping what ever. NONE looked at us, NONE acknowledged us. After 5 minutes the waffle guy finally said what you want, like we were bothering him….we placed the order and he still needed to be corrected twice, then looked at the tip jar like he expected us to put money there…I think NOT. WE wont be back!

Admittedly yeah, I wasn't greeted until about a minute after I went in, but A: I needed time to look at the menu anyway, B: the music + the whirring of all the machines is so loud that it's impossible to hear the door opening/closing from behind the counters (I could barely even hear them speaking to me when I was sitting at the closest table to the counter!),
C: they don't seem to have any alerts that inform them that a customer just walked in, and D: I don't care about them greeting me first because I have a working mouth and can simply use it to greet them if I ever felt like they were taking too long lol.

To the nice, young man who just started there: you got this! And for previous reviewers wondering about when they can get shakes: I just got a couple of world class chocolate shakes at 5 AM. I hope that info helps.

Totally understand now why their reviews are so low. Walked in to get some treats for my dad's 75th birthday no one greeted me no one said hello. I finally just picked some stuff out from the freezer then waited about 10 minutes ,counted eight employees ,no one to check me out no one in line ahead of me only one person sitting at a table only one person in the drive-thru. Worst Baskin-Robbins location ever.

Every time I go through the drive thru around 9:30 I can’t get a milkshake cause they are cleaning the blenders. Either they are one until 10:00 or 9:30? Which one is it?

I only put one star because they wouldn’t let me put none walked in gentleman doing something washing dishes or whatever he’s doing no acknowledgments were there. No other customers were in the store. He just kept doing his job. Didn’t say nothing until he said are you gonna help us and he looked at like a deer in the headlights worst place ever never ever go and see I wish I was name at broadcasted

I come in this Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins a lot somewhat in the mornings. There was an issue with them saying we don’t do 4scroops. I been going for about 10 years, they know exactly what I want, then all of a sudden one of the manger's wanted to argue with me about a scoop of ice cream! Oh it’s gonna be more we can’t do 4, but they done it before! Now all of a sudden they not opening up the Baskin Robbins part until 11. I think they just told me that shitt… I’m done!!!

Not once, twice, three nor four but over 5 times in the span of about 6 months I’ve come to this location seeking my favorite cappuccino blast which I’ve gotten after my dental appointment religiously since I was a child. I have been told the machine is “down or broken, closed for cleaning “ and other responses that sound like excuses. I work customer service management and I would understand and be more accepting if they just told me they don’t know hoe to make it.
I explained to the associate my concerns asking should I just not return to this location for the blasts or is there a work order for the machine and his response was “ it’s up to you”.

This location does not have much choices like the ones in Murfreesboro. I’ve came twice and they have said each time they don’t have it, so I just go to the Murfreesboro ones
