I have never eaten here due to the parking lot always looking empty, so has had me nervous, but some co-workers of mine were telling me about BOB’S bbq and how they order it often and thoroughly enjoy it.as I am looking to buy in bulk for this weekend family vacation. After looking over the reviews, I have to say I am quite nervous! The reviews are really half and a half between people either loving it or not liking it at all. But.. after that said, I’m still going to order for this weekend and just hope and pray that my family and I enjoy what we get. I will say one thing, I have been a server in my whole career and a lot of your reviews are saying you have young employees who just seem not to care at all and are rude.. word of advice, please hire more experienced servers or at least experienced customer service folks. As Professionalism and cleanliness in your place of business is very important!

ALWAYS been great food and service here. The baked potatoes are a twice a week thing for our family and their “white sauce” rivals anyone’s in the business. We will always shop and eat local, but especially when they do a great job! Thank you

I asked for a ham sandwich, no cheese and only onion. I’m working and got it to go without checking, shouldn’t be that difficult, correct? My mistake, the kid that took the order apparently has the attention span of a gnat! I have read over and over and over about the reviews of the people you have working for you and maybe it’s time you should step up and hire adults instead of kids who can’t count to 10 on both hands!

I do love some bobs BBQ !! I get it most every time I come to Smyrna . Today I stopped in to eat lunch and I have to say BOB . It’s time for a facelift to the place and FOR SURE THE BATHROOM ! I felt like I was in a 7-11 gas station in Atlanta!!! I understand people can get busy but you have to keep your facilities clean… Take a word of advice from Buckys gas station. They pride themselves on cleanliness and kind of customer service.! The food and TRI taters are my favorite ! Not sure I will eat inside again. It made me wonder what the kitchen looked like !!
I’ll be back ! But please clean the restrooms they are important also!

This will probably be the last time I go to Bobs BBQ. I went to the drive through and saw three kids at a table. Two were grooming each other with forks while another was laying on the bench on his phone. Nobody came to the window, so I parked and went in. All three got up and went into the back and the one laying down took our order. Got home and my meat was missing from my nachos. Had to go back and he was again sitting down, said my meat was missing and he got it and basically threw the container at me. I used to enjoy going here, but lately the service has been very poor. It's really a shame as I like supporting small local businesses.
Got a baked potato yesterday, they are usually very good but this tater was hard and not too warm and very little meat on top. I won't be doing lunch here anymore

Mustard slaw dogs, shoulder sandwich and fries. Hadn’t had slaw dogs in I know 10 years at least. Still that delicious taste. I’ll be back soon for more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been wanting to go there for a year now and every time I drove by it was closed. Today it was finally opened so I was super excited. Walked up to the door and felt locked so I started to leave and kid comes out and says they were open just the door sticks. So we go in to look around and place was being run by like 3 or 4 high school kids. They were goofing around and not paying attention to our order. My boyfriend wanted the beef platter. Was told they didn't have any. So he ordered the ham platter and I got the pork platter and we ordered loaded fries to share. Well..... what we got was the most nasty food I have EVER been served in my life. The tater tot things were still frozen, the sour cream and Cole slaw were spoiled, the ham was water logged and my pork looked and tasted like it was microwaved and still cold. Took us like 3 minutes to get the attention of the kids working there because they were laughing and screaming in the back. Finally we demanded our money back and they were very rude about it. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER be back. And I won't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
