Service and the restaurant was amazing. Great friendly staff & manager. Clean restaurant and subtle Christian music playing inside. The food however was eh. Decent for a quick fast food bite. The chicken was overcooked, it was hard to eat/chew. The sides and biscuits were delicious.

Service has definitely gone down at this location. Stood there waiting to place a order for 5 minutes today without acknowledgement as they took drive thru order after order. Even when there were no more drive thru orders being taken. A few were working behind the scenes, while 2 congregated to conversate, and one other mingled behind the counter ignoring me. 3 people, the manager included looked me dead in the face a few times and continued with what they were doing. Im sure if you have all day to wait it's great, but if your on a lunch break I wouldn't bother if u expect even remotely quick service.

I know Bojangles is usually slow, so I decided to place a togo order assuming that it would be ready around that time, fine if it's a few minutes later. Child I waited on my food my whole entire lunch break. Order Placed at 6:23p , I clocked out at 6:30p , arrived at 6:38, and didn't get my food til 7:03p and they still forgot my pies. They did seem like they were having a rough night but dang yall, especially the no pies.

I think this place is a bust. I tried their chicken one time from another restaurant and there was no taste so I never went back. I hardly see cars in the parking lot at this one so I'm not saying it's bad. It's just not my go-to place

Just went through the drive thru, and I got an 8-piece meal. Isn't there a time limit on when they should stop/ throw out old chicken? It tasted like old grease. The inside was hot, but the outside disgusting. On top of that, they jammed the biscuits in the chicken box, so they were crushed and broken. I was already in for the night, so I couldn't take it back.

Came in with a party of 3...The cashier was very high off some type of drug. She was standing at the register wide eyed looking crazy and couldn't keep still long enough to take our order. We looked at the other two employees that were standing out there and they busied themselves doing something else. We chose not to dine because of the cashier. the food we received was very greasy and old. I was so disappointed because I haven't had Bojangles since I was a kid.. I'm from ours closed down I stopped in to grab my favorite meal and it wasn't what I expected at all!
