Wanted to try the Addam's Family stuff. If you're expecting fine dining, this is a Burger King... this is fast food... it is fast food quality. Accept it. The place was really clean, the floors almost spotless. I explained I wanted my food plain. I am picky. My food came plain. It's a simple ask and the request was met. The man who took the order for us gave keyholder energy... he was clearly very tired and had the eyes of a man who had closed the night before or was about to close.
The burgers tasted like burgers. The fries were fries, although there could have been more of them, we ate several while driving.
The churro sticks were... sad. It's not that great of a novelty item and is only made palatable by the chocolate sauce.
The shake was like drinking icy cake batter.... made chocolate by syrup with almost a coffee/toffee flavor to it. Pretty good.
I don't know why so many reviews give this place so much hate, but we went at about 2pm so maybe it's the time of day?
Staff seemed really chill to me...

The fries had a bitter taste, the lettuce was rotten, the chicken tasted strange. I don't know if they gave me expired food because I paid with a coupon.

The manager is a detestable person. I asked for my burgers without pickles and they ignored my request. How horrible that the brand gets dirty with such nefarious people who only know how to treat employees and the public badly. He started fighting with a worker and treating her horrible in front of all the customers... A lot to say

Everything wrong!!! The lady at the front (I’m assuming the manager) had an attitude since we first asked about our online order. We asked for no pickles but we had them anyway. A few minutes passed and she and someone else were arguing in the kitchen, yelling and everything!! I understand the girl that clocked out and left, I wouldn’t want to work in that environment either! Not coming back to this BK 😕

Ordered online and got there and they said it was closed. On Google it shows open til 12. Took my money and now waiting for refund. Good thing because I saw roaches on their floor. The short manager he she is rude and the workers don’t eat here!!!

Bad service, there is a girl who can never place the order, and it takes a long time to do it, she sits there doing nothing and just looks at you, but she doesn't respond to bad service from her.
I had to wait in the parking lot for my food, but i didn’t even care because of the service. The guy at the window was courteous and friendly. He explained to me why I was waiting and that my food would be right out. And the lady who brought my food out was engaging and joking with me. They turned a negative experience into a positive one. I appreciate and respect that so much! Well done!

If you want more stars, stop making people pull up to the far corner of the building like you've got a third window when you don't. It lowers your metric for time customers spend at the window but it takes longer to actually get my food.

Buy a 15 dollar meal and only get half a carton of fries . For one the burger wasn’t worth that and the fries were disrespectful. Horrible cheap establishment . Go elsewhere for that price people. I’m not even going to waste my time calling and complaining.

I used to go this location frequently, and I will not return.
I found hair in my food, not once, but twice.
I have experience in fast food, and know that it can happen from time to time; even when proper precautions are in place.
However, I am absolutely disgusted after bringing this particular issue up with a manger at this location. I told her I have found hair twice now in my food. I explained to her that I don’t have the time to bring it back, as my lunch is only 30 minutes and I can’t afford to miss any extra time from my scheduled meal break.
She then explained to me that “the dude in the back is bald and he don’t have no hair. I have dreadlocks, and my dreads don’t ever lose any hair, because they are dreads, it don’t make any sense of why you would find hair in your food. I can’t lose my hair because I have dreads and the dude back there is bald so that’s what it is.”
I was DUMBFOUNDED at what I was being told. I know first hand, you are to be more professional than what was presented to me. I was flabbergasted that she insisted she “couldn’t lose hair because she has dreadlocks” as ANYONE can lose hair regardless of what hairstyle you have. I was completely disturbed by what I was being told.
I have yet to return to this location. I cannot bring myself to go to an establishment where they refuse to wear hairnets/take proper sanitary precautions.
