Order online my son picked up. I got a jr chicken sandwich combo. The chicken sandwich I’ve had better. The fries are truly why I’m doing this review. As I said I order the jr chicken combo and the fries were so salty I threw them away. Who ever working the fries must like salt. The problem is if you’re putting that much salt on kids meals are you trying to give them high blood pressure. There are children out there that have health problems and you’re adding to that problem. There should not be any salt on fries for a child’s meal. Let the parent do that. I couldn’t eat all the chicken sandwich because of that reason. I will jot be ordering there again. I’ll go to McDonald’s for now on. Or chick fil a. Sad when the 1st Burger King open in the 70’s it was outstanding. Since then food and service has gone down hill. Good bye to you.

Can't leave feedback on the app without a receipt which they did not give me. They didn't give us double on the burgers like we ordered, they didn't give me the how to train your dragon mozzarella sticks and there was mold in our pink lemonades.

I fully believe they are boiling the meat patty. It doesn't even taste good. No grill marks. It's all BK now a days. Usually, when I go, there's no other customers. This location did, however, do me right with the pickle. Staff was kinda loud, talking, and joking with each other. It's annoying when you're the only person there.

I have never written a review in my life and I’m 40yrs old. If I can put this review at -10 stars I would. Whoever the general manager is needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. I got to the window was on hold for 20 mins then waited another 15 just to pay them after that waited 20 more minutes to get my food. Just close and allow someone else in who can staff and actually RUN a FASTFOOD place. Workers do all they can and it’s SAD.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I ordered $45 worth of food - 2 steakhouse bacon whoppers - 1 without A1, 1 without lettuce. What I received was a regular whopper without cheese, and 1 steakhouse bacon whopper WITH only A1 sauce, wilted lettuce, and Swiss cheese. There was ZERO bacon, crispy onions, tomato, or peppercorn aioli sauce on either one. My onion rings were cold & stale. The only thing good was the $3 cheesy tots. I got $22 back from door dash but that wasn’t enough to make up for my completely wrong order in my opinion. It was so wrong that either 1. They did it on purpose. Or 2. None of the employees can actually READ the orders that come through the app! So they just start chucking random burgers into the bags! I will likely never go to this Burger King location again, or if I do, I’ll drive there myself & only order the $3 cheesy tots and save myself 40 bucks. With our economy the way it is, this is totally unacceptable for us hard working folks who sometimes just want a DANG delicious steakhouse freakin burger once in awhile!
