Came to get a quick snack. There was only one other person who was waiting at the window. We are both told to go park in another businesses parking lot, the matress firm, until someone brings out our food. It may have been 30 seconds longer. It took them longer to communicate where we should go park and wait, then it did to make the food! Why are you not using the window on the side of the building!? Why make employees walk across the parking lot to hand me food that should have come out of the window! It's pointless. Screw your companies time it took to serve me. You are clearing lying about it anyways! It makes things more difficult than it needs to be, creates confusion while I'm steering a vehicle in a busy parking lot, and overall just needs to stop from these fast food places. If it's taking more time then is projected than maybe, just maybe you should give yourself more time. After all your cooking food. No one minds waiting at the window.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered on the app to save time. When I go through the drive through there is just 1 car in front of me, yet I waited 5 minutes at the windows before being told to pull forward where I waited an additional 10 minutes for ONLY 2 kids meals. When we received the first kids meal the employee hands it to me and asks if I got the other one already.. I said no and she grumbled and groaned and went back inside to get the other half of my order.Then the fries and nuggets were cold. I reached out to customer service on the app for a refund and they would only offer just a $5 coupon.I’m so done with Burger King. It used to be my favorite fast food restaurant and now it’s just all around awful at every location. Save yourself and just go to McDonald’s, Hardee’s, Arby’s, ChickfilA, literally anywhere else
When I went to the bathroom I found cockroaches. It's nasty there shouldn't be cockroaches at a restaurant. Wouldn't recommend this place. The food was good but they took too much time to make my food.

I came here and there service is terrible. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 is plain the other is not. But she gave me 2 plain cheeseburgers I told her, “NO only 1 plain.” 3 times and she still gave me 2. I saw the recipe the SHE ordered orange juice I did not say orange juice she ordered it herself with MY money. She’s a thief! Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend to go there again!! And for advice DO NOT GO THERE AGAIN AFTER WHAT SHE DID!!!
