Really am pleased with how the fish was very good was fresh and hot and hush puppies were all fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection and green beans were amazing. The manager was very friendly on my family visit. The last time we came it was the same service and food was good hot a fresh to.

The guy at the window was nice but the food was the worst that I’ve received there. I asked for garlic shrimp and received popcorn shrimp. I sent it back and someone clearly just poured the sauce over it. I sent it back and the didn’t make fries or hushpuppies fresh. Very disappointed.

This location has no employees or managers that know how to apply points during ordering process. I hand them my phone to scan the QR code. They can't so I give them my phone number. They always ask if I want to redeem the free hush puppies but they never add my points. Over 10 visits that range from $15 to $29 A visit and I have 0 points with no NO redeemed items. Either they are stealing customers points or they have not been trained. They can see the free hush puppies so I think they are stealing my points. I told the manager about the missing points and she said she will talk to the regional manager. I doubt that will happen and I doubt I will get my points for this visit too. Fish is delicious but the customer service is nonexistent just like my missing points and rewards. They have to be taking customer points for themselves.

Hush puppies are always over cooked and have slight burnt taste. Always missing something from my orders. Might be utensils, hush puppies, slaw instead of fries etc etc. but the fish is awesome. And I like that big batter bits are always in the box.

Food was fixed and served hot and was fantastic! My Mom and I were in Smyrna and decided to find Captain D's . We both had the fish and chicken. The manager was phenomenal! His name is Xavier and he'll make sure you are taken care of 👍.

We enjoy our trips to Captain D's The food needs to be served hotter though.Seems the food is precooked and then pulled out from under heat lamp. Please make a better effort to serve fresh hot food.

The service from the second we walked in was not welcoming at all. The staff was not friendly. The ice was empty and the tables were dirty and they just opened. To top it all off my son and I both found hairs in our food after we had eaten most of it. I brought it to the attention of the staff and their response was “ok”. I wasn’t looking for any type of reimbursement but an apology would have been nice.

I ordered a 4 piece fish but I got home and found chicken that didn't seem fresh. Tried calling several times but no answer, the no answer really bothered me. I like this Captain D restaurant, I'll try again tomorrow to fix this on my way home

Ordered my food at 11:09 am to dine in and waited until past 11:30 before approaching the counter for a refund. I waited at the counter for over 10 min for the manager. Who initiated the refund without an apology or any form of compensation, i.e., a free drink coupon, etc. In the future, I will refuse to eat at Captain D or any business owned or operated by Centre Partners. This place SUCKS!!

I ordered the new garlic butter shrimp and fish. The fries, hush puppies and fish was fine. The garlic butter flavor was drowned/overwhelmed by the peppery flavor. It did not taste good together. I will not order it again. The dining room was clean.
