This the best location I've ever visited. Always fresh always wonderful employees and I always love the crispy soft inside hush puppies. They get it right every time.
I think I will drive over there then they open today. Just hate the drive but love snacking on the hush puppies during the drive home.

I came in to order food after church. The store has a really bad smell. And they don’t even have carpet and the store smell sour, it was so bad we didn’t dine in. The food was okay but the store was out of things that we ordered but they didn’t even accommodate for that. I order a salmon meal which was 11.99 it comes with 2 sides and I still had to pay 0.99 for both sides I know that food is going up. But at least make it worth the customer service.

I'm astonished by the way this place is run and operated. The food is either lukewarm or freezing cold, as if it was just taken out of the freezer, and they never have baked potatoes, which is a little bothersome. It's kinda a gamble what they will have and what they won't have like when they ran out of fish AT CAPTAIN D'S THE FISH PLACE. The workers that day are the ones I feel bad for because they had to suffer due to the incompetence of the owners.

During my recent visit to this establishment, I found it to be extremely dirty. It came to my attention that roaches were crawling around under the tables, as well as on the counter where you gave the cashier money. I witnessed it crawling under the cash register, but the employee did nothing to prevent it. I was shocked to discover rat poop in the bathrooms! If you're looking for terrible food and roach and rat poop, then this place is perfect for you! The health inspector needs to get involved and do something about this place.

This location doesn't pay attention to their online orders. Be prepared to wait even if you order ahead of time this way. I placed my order in Murfreesboro before starting my drive to work, hoping to save time. The online order stated is be ready in 11 mins. My drive to this Smyrna location was 13 mins. I pull up to the drive thru and they asked me to come in because they didn't see my order until 5 mins ago. Summer claimed to be one of the managers when I asked to speak to a manager to offer feedback for unacceptable service. She gave no apology, said it wasn't their fault they can't see the order screen nor that they had orders ahead of mine. I told her I ordered, at that point, 20 mins ago. She said they had so many orders that they were running 20 mins behind. I asked if 20 mins for a fast food place was acceptable she had no answer and still no apology for missing the mark.
I'm very proud of how captain D's is growing and I love eating and working there.

If you’re going to charge $5.60 for cheese sticks, AT LEAST give me marinara with them. I mean you food places are charging a ridiculous amount of money and paying your workers a lot more than you used to I expert better service. Food prices up, pay up but service down. Won’t be coming back. Lady at the window was super nice though. But you get a 1 star
