Called to place an order over the phone and repeated that I wanted a shrimp platter 3 times. When I went to pick up my food they only gave my 2 sides items but NO SHRIMP! and still tried to charge me 14.86 for just 6 shrimps alone! The lady also has terrible service

This was my first time. I am impressed and I'll be back. I got so many different things to try and I'll be back with another list of things to try. I was trying to find a new place to dine, and I'm glad I passed this place and turned around. I was too greedy to take pictures but I will definitely take some with my next order.

We had Grecian chicken with fries. And the chicken shish kabobs. And I'll taste it like day old food, the fry seemed like they were sitting but warm.

Got $50 worth of food to-go and most of it was hard and cold. The cheese was brown as well. it was the most subpar experience/taste we have had from here especially during a 6pm visit. We usually love Chicago Express and hoping this is just a one off experience.

This place has subpar customer service, particularly from a front register employee with a poor attitude. Let me remind you: being in the United States and running a business is a privilege. While America isn't perfect and has its issues, hard-working individuals come into your establishment to spend their money and support your livelihood. You should be grateful for them, as without paying customers, businesses can and do fail—many didn't survive the pandemic.
If you hold any prejudices, you should either reconsider your attitude or relocate your business away from a diverse community. Many have paved the way for people like you to thrive here, and it's essential to acknowledge that. Every hard-working American who walks through your door deserves a warm greeting and friendly service. If you can't provide that, perhaps it's time to rethink your business model.
