This location on Sam Ridley has tanked. Our office went at least 2x weekly until about a month ago when service and quality dropped to McDonalds standard. We now go to Canes. Ppl in DT don’t even say “my pleasure” Anymore. If you ask for something a little diff you get attitude and then get back to the office to missing items/instruction. If you are lucky you can get through in 10 min but you are guaranteed to have burnt fries, half filled and a wrong drink. The kids outside are too busy flirting or on their phones to walk to you so the line isn’t moving. One kid even hit my hood pretending that I hit him. Myself and others will drive further to another place before ever going here.
I want to add after reading other reviews bc we cannot comment on others nonsense- you are not entitled to a free drink or discount… it’s a business and just bc you are old doesn’t mean you should expect to pay less. They too need to make money, why do old pppl think they are owed but then speak poorly of the entitled generations… who’s entitled complaining about a discount and free drink? If ya can’t pay don’t go! Next/ someone said due to no mobile lane they were forced to sit in DT lane…WALK INSIDE! lazy!

A woman with a headband completely unprofessional. First of all when I came up to the drive thru I advised I made my order online which she completely disregarded, she didn't even check in her system if there was an order she immediately told me that there was none. I reluctantly went ahead and reorder thinking maybe I may have made an error . After I left and checked I noticed she messed up the complete order that I had repeated to her twice. I went back and explained and the order was redone. When I left and checked my account I noticed I paid twice , one for online order plus paying again in the drive tru because of negligence. The only thing I think is she is dishonest. I paid $70+ for a $35+ order. Please be careful when you use this particular Chick fil a. This is utter negligence and I sincerely hope she is reprimanded and offered more training because she surely is not at all capable and I am not sure honest. Chick fil a I should be refunded.
When I order a Cobb salad I only get the option for chicken nuggets, but if I pick the cobb salad with the grilled chicken breast or the grilled nuggets, I get shredded chicken. Do you not make either one of those options here?

My breakfast that I got was delicious, but the drive-through line took much longer today than normal. The line at this Chick-fil-A is typically pretty long but for some reason today, the line was not moving very quickly at all. I sat in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes and the line was not all the way to the street. When I pulled in, I was in the parking lot and it still took that long to get through the drive-through line. The food was hot and delicious but I wish I had just gone inside to pick up my order instead of sitting through the drive-through line

I'm from Montreal, and we don't have any Chick fil-a. So, today, it was my first time. Unfortunately there was no more spicy chicken sandwich. So we had the regular one. I JUST LOVED IT! It was so good, chicken was so juicy. Waffle fries were also very good . And what about that chick fil-a sauce. 3rd i day in Smyrna and we went again for a second time... those spicy chicken sandwich are sooooo good.

Maybe I’m just used to the speed and efficiency of Chick-fil-A locations back home in the NC/SC area, but this one was painfully slow even though it wasn’t that busy. Looked like the owner-operator himself was running the drive-thru, but when I said “thank you,” I didn’t even get the classic “my pleasure.” Y’all good over here? Im still giving 5 stars because I love the brand. But this location needs a Red Bull.
