A woman with a headband completely unprofessional. First of all when I came up to the drive thru I advised I made my order online which she completely disregarded, she didn't even check in her system if there was an order she immediately told me that there was none. I reluctantly went ahead and reorder thinking maybe I may have made an error . After I left and checked I noticed she messed up the complete order that I had repeated to her twice. I went back and explained and the order was redone. When I left and checked my account I noticed I paid twice , one for online order plus paying again in the drive tru because of negligence. The only thing I think is she is dishonest. I paid $70+ for a $35+ order. Please be careful when you use this particular Chick fil a. This is utter negligence and I sincerely hope she is reprimanded and offered more training because she surely is not at all capable and I am not sure honest. Chick fil a I should be refunded.

When I order a Cobb salad I only get the option for chicken nuggets, but if I pick the cobb salad with the grilled chicken breast or the grilled nuggets, I get shredded chicken. Do you not make either one of those options here?

My breakfast that I got was delicious, but the drive-through line took much longer today than normal. The line at this Chick-fil-A is typically pretty long but for some reason today, the line was not moving very quickly at all. I sat in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes and the line was not all the way to the street. When I pulled in, I was in the parking lot and it still took that long to get through the drive-through line. The food was hot and delicious but I wish I had just gone inside to pick up my order instead of sitting through the drive-through line

I'm from Montreal, and we don't have any Chick fil-a. So, today, it was my first time. Unfortunately there was no more spicy chicken sandwich. So we had the regular one. I JUST LOVED IT! It was so good, chicken was so juicy. Waffle fries were also very good . And what about that chick fil-a sauce. 3rd i day in Smyrna and we went again for a second time... those spicy chicken sandwich are sooooo good.

Maybe I’m just used to the speed and efficiency of Chick-fil-A locations back home in the NC/SC area, but this one was painfully slow even though it wasn’t that busy. Looked like the owner-operator himself was running the drive-thru, but when I said “thank you,” I didn’t even get the classic “my pleasure.” Y’all good over here? Im still giving 5 stars because I love the brand. But this location needs a Red Bull.

The food from thd Smyrna, TN location is disgusting. I just ordered a #1 -All American ChickenSandwich meal. The workers seem so depressed. It was weird!! I opened my bag to get my Waffle Fries & they smelled like DAY OLD GREASE was used to cook them. My whole car was stinking from the smell!!! I've been to many Chick-fil-A location but I have never ever smelled Wafflre Fries like this. I ended throwing them away!!! I should've known though that something was off/that their food wasn't good when I pulled into the drive-thru at 3:45pm on Saturday & there wasn't a long line like MOST Chick-fil-A locations. That should've been a sign for me to go somewhere else to eat!
A welcome break on a road trip, just off highway 24 at Smyrna. I love the chicken biscuit for breakfast--fluffy, buttery, and of course I am a fan of the CHICKEN. Friendly staff, great food, clean dining area, efficient drive-through, and a couple of patio tables for outdoor dining as an option. Though it's only a limited-time thing, I love the dragonfruit tea, too!

I am so disappointed in chick fil a today I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and my chicken was hard as a rock and my drink was very watered down. Tried calling the store but obviously no one could answer the phone. I’m just so disappointed and this is the first time ever me complaining about Chick-fil-A
