I ordered takeout for the first time in awhile from chick fil a, the cashier was very nice and he got my lemonade and ice cream right away. Seconds later my food came out, it was warm still when I got home and tasted very nice.

Staff was friendly and even with a long line the service was quick.
If you have dietary restrictions, be extremely cautious when ordering food or drinks at this location. I specifically ordered a diet lemonade through the app and double-checked with two employees before taking a sip. Despite their initial reassurance, I later found out from another employee that it was actually regular lemonade. This mistake made me feel sick, and it was clear that the staff didn’t take the situation seriously. I do not recommend this location.

I’d love to know why everytime I submit a mobile order I still have to pull forward and wait for my order to be prepared. The people behind me who order at the location get my food well before me. What’s the point in using the mobile app?! I order ahead so I don’t have to wait. This happens whether the location is busy or I’m the only one arriving. It makes zero sense. Make Mobile orders priority! We order ahead so arrive pickup and go.

Slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Where we live, the drive thru line can be out to the road and we can be through it and out in 5 minutes. Here it took 30 minutes. And our order was pretty basic. Then when we got back to the hotel with our food, not only did they not put extra pickles on our sandwiches like we asked, but they put a posted Polynesian sauce in the bag and it got all over everything.

I had a disappointing experience. The cashier was rude while I was ordering. She was complaining about my order and making faces like she didn’t want to help me. It made me feel really unwelcome. She took a while taking my order which, if she’s still learning that’s no problem the problem was that she was annoyed at me just for taking my order and doing her job.i don’t know what her deal was. I hope they can work on giving the lady some extra training and teach her to be more respectful. She was an older lady gray hair and glasses.
This location never has cookies. It was 7:30 pm when I went to the drive thru and they are out of cookies. Y’all close at 10:00. This is ridiculous.
