Ya'll, Chicken Salad Chick was sooo tasty yum delicious!! When I went into the store. the atmosphere is amazing, staff is friendly. And for whatever reason, when you go inside the store, they get the order correct more than when going through the drive through. Still, good food absolutely 💯

I'm stopping to try the chicken salad and end up getting a chicken BLT croissant with a side of pasta with no flavor at all, the croissant is very light on the salad , not sure worth the money but the salad is good.

I love the Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran chicken salad. I get the large grape salad and it can last me 2 days. A great snack.

Every table was dirty. Garbage was overflowing girl at counter sitting looking at her phone. This restaurant has really gotten bad. Pickles are half the size. Croissants are always stale asked to toast it they can’t. The only good thing are the small cookies. Won’t be coming back.
I have visited this location about 5 times over the last 3 months. I dined in on my first 2 visits and had a very nice experience. I went into the restaurant and got my items to go for the last 3 visits and I have been increasingly disappointed with the demeanor and attitude of one cashier in particular. He's a young man with shaggy dark hair who always looks very unkempt and who has little to no manners. He tries to talk while he's yawning, never says thank you, has to be asked more than once for the grape salad topping and is just really a bad front person for this restaurant. Today he was there when I visited along with another young man and they were so busy showing out and singing with each other behind the register that it was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I rarely complain about a business but felt that if the owner/manager isn't made aware of how disappointing the situation is, it will definitely effect their business. I may go back one more time but if it isn't any better I'll find another Chicken Salad Chick location to give my patronage to.

Very good salads with different choices. They also have soups, sandwiches and sweet treats.

We had three scoops of salads which I forget the name of it where we had the Cranberry Kelli, the Fancy Nancy, and another one.
We also had a piece of the white chocolate layered cake, but this dessert did not impress me to be honest.
Very good food, nice place which I am looking forward to checking when I’m back home in Texas.
