I went back yesterday ?. I got Lauryn lemon basil and Fruity Fran.As long as the nutritional information is correct I will be able to continue to loss weight eating here daily.Next week I plan on posting my weight loss journey while eating here daily at the Smyrna, TN location ***I placed a alucart order. They put almost everything into 1 Togo container. That's not what I needed or how I asked for it. I guess they assumed everything was for me because I'm fat.I went inside because I wanted to ask if they would allow me to sample a few of the chicken salad's. I've never had chicken salad in my 56yrs on earth. They said ? sure. That was awesome because I never would have ordered the chicken salad without knowing if I would like it. Now they have added a extra daily customer. Win win‼️ The cookies are not good and I hate pickles and the smell of pickles. I will have to remember to tell them to leave that out and give it to someone else.I'm so happy about this healthier fast food option. Plus I told my coworkers about Chicken Salad Chick and they want me to start picking them up salads when I go. They don't have a CSC near them like I do.

Purchased the Deck the Holly sandwich with a side of fruit. My friend ate it. About four hours later, she was dreadfully sick. Obviously food poisoning. We called the store and spoke to a manager. They dismissed our concerns, stating that it couldn’t be food poisoning. She ate everything else the same as the rest of us, except for that combo. They would not refund the $11 purchase unless we could come back to the store. We are traveling and that’s not convenient at all. Worse yet, they didn’t seem concerned at that their food caused someone to be up sick all night. Never again!
Why am I made to feel uncomfortable about tipping when placing a togo order? Why ask? Do you tip because you came to work and asked "Can I take your order?" Does that require a tip?I was hoping to return but now I have to worry if I have enough money for tipping the person for taking my order??
