I cannot believe that my entire life I have never tried Chili's until recently when I was on a mini vacation and they had one near my hotel so I gave it a try. The Smash Burger is the best burger I have ever had! The problem is I got addicted to it and gained weight so now I have to stop eating it for a while haha. I gave this location four stars since I always ordered using the mobile app and there was always a long delay since when you walk in the tiny corner where you pickup your food, there are always Door Dash type people waiting in line there and no employee is at the desk.
I can see my food sitting there getting cold on the counter and have to wait for someone to appear from behind the wall so I can let them know. There should be another section for the Door Dash drivers or have someone always at the desk ready to hand you your food. I know some restaurants allow bartenders to give pickup orders for direct customers and the door dash people can stand in that little corner .
Honestly I didn't know how they are so in business, the food is way over priced and not good at all no matter what you order. The servers are scatter brained, you have to request refills 4-5 times. For the price of the food you could literally go to a 5 star restaurant, but hey who am I to tell you where to waste $50 for a half rack of ribs.

Food was good at this location. I had the tenders with the mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and my fiancé had the salad. We really liked our dishes and our server was attentive. The food came out quite fast and we enjoyed our date night!
The Mexican egg rolls were not as good as I've had at other Chili's. I walked in to the 'to-go' area, I thought I was going to have to leave and go somewhere else. They finally asked if they could help I told them I needed to place an order. She walked away and it was a good five minutes before anyone ever took my order .

This was legit the worst meal I’ve ever had. Even though I went in with low expectations, it’s Chili’s after all, I was still disappointed. The steak was tough and grisly, the chicken tenders were bland and kinda funky. The side of Mac and cheese was the best part of the whole meal. Never again, not even if it’s free.

Came here last week with a friend. Both got steaks and they were over cooked. Asked for medium rare on both. They were taken back and remade and still overcooked the second time. The potatoes tasted old and they were cold. Fries were soggy. Really disappointed with my experience and don’t think I’ll be returning.

The only thing I can tell you if you want the worst experience that you can imagine in a Chili's go there you won't be disappointed the personnel we're totally aloof totally indifferent to the customers couldn't care less if anyone got waited on and I predict there will be an entire staff turnaround and if there isn't and this is a microcosm then Chili's itself will go under
This was my first time at this location. Staff was friendly, food was great, and the drinks on point. Beware sitting by the take-out side of the bar when it's cold outside!
