I came tonight with a party of 10! On a Saturday I expected to have to wait but the wait was only 30 minutes! The hostess was absolutely amazing! Out server Nick could not have been any better! He was so on point and considerate!

I want to take a few moments to brag on our service today, and specifically our server Alber. It has been a long time since i have seen such amazing customer focus in a dining environment. He was attentive, kind, and patient. He checked in with us regularly and our food was out quickly without a flaw in sight. He truly is the epitome of world class service. If your in the area, ask for him, you wont be dissapointed. Merry Christmas Alber!!

My family has been going to Smyrna's chilis for decades but tonight was the absolute worst. I asked for a 6oz guiltless medium steak with pico, pesto and roasted asparagus and got none of that. What I did get was shribbled up microwaved asparagus, a burnt up steak that was cooked so long it was white inside and no toppings - pico or pesto sauce. It was horrible. I had to throw away the shribbled asparagus because they looked sad and inedible and there was something white and suspicious on one of the pieces. My husband's Rancher hamburger with bacon came without the Ranch sauce or any seasoning and my son's honey mustard had particles swimming in it. We threw that cup out. I was so disappointed with the food tonight. I'd always been such a big fan. Not anymore. I doubt we will ever go back especially after spending $68 on subpar food. Done.

Chili's used to have 241 all the time... They canceled that and went to a new happy hour which had deals all day long both Saturday and Sunday... They've now canceled that too... Now they just offer a normal M-F Happy Hour from 3-6.... Damn it Chili's! Y'all used to be cool! Oh well...

We had an outing to Opryland mall. We went to lunch at Chilis located inside the mall. Our wait staff Michael was very personable and made our lunch very enjoyable. Food and drinks were presented timely as was the appetizer. All food was at great temperatures, and we were very pleased! Please recognize Michael for his great customer service!
