Chili's used to have 241 all the time... They canceled that and went to a new happy hour which had deals all day long both Saturday and Sunday... They've now canceled that too... Now they just offer a normal M-F Happy Hour from 3-6.... Damn it Chili's! Y'all used to be cool! Oh well...

We had an outing to Opryland mall. We went to lunch at Chilis located inside the mall. Our wait staff Michael was very personable and made our lunch very enjoyable. Food and drinks were presented timely as was the appetizer. All food was at great temperatures, and we were very pleased! Please recognize Michael for his great customer service!

Service was bad and inconsistent. Server seemed ready to leave before I even sat at the table and was quickly turned away for a slight bent in my ID. Would recommend just going to another location.
Brought the family here for dinner on a busy Saturday night. My kids are obsessed with the Triple Dipper, especially the Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks. The food was great! Our server, Soutsada, was really nice and attentive. I would eat here again.

We visited on 7/19/2025 and even though it was pretty busy, our server, Leslie, did an absolutely amazing job at taking care of us. She made sure we had everything we wanted or needed, including refills and sauces. She made sure we were satisfied and checked us on frequently without bothering us too much! Above all, she treated us with kindness and made sure our day was going well. Definitely one of the best service experiences I have had anywhere in a very long time. She had multiple tables but did not neglect service to anyone! She is exactly who you should want serving tables at this restaurant.

Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes at the entrance, and they’ve seated two tables that arrived after me like it was nothing. I asked, and the hosts at the door were incredibly rude and had a disgusting attitude. Zero professionalism, zero organization. I’m never coming back to this Chili’s and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If this is how you treat your customers, you might as well just lock the doors.
