i don’t know what happened in the last 6 months but the food has turned very bland. i go to all of the other chipotles in the area and the taste is far better.

If I would give less than a star I would. The staff is very inconsistent with portion sizes. The gentleman who was serving before the lady took over was giving decent quantity food. But, the lady came and she was giving half the amount of that portion and I didn’t know what to say. My bowl was not even half way full. And everyone knows the size of the bowl. So disappointing with chipotle at this point.

The absolute worst experience I've had at a restaurant before. Not even sure how they were busy if the food tasted like tasteless scrapes. I ordered a steak bowl and had about 6 tiny pieces of meat. I should have taken a pic before I started digging to eat. As soon as I opened the top it looked like sour cream soup. There were large pieces of spinach instead of the normal lettuce. The fajita vegetables were in chunks and not slices, there were also inedible pieces throughout the bowl which I didn't get a picture of all of it because I spit it into a napkin. Also, did I mention it was flavorless. Thankfully I order a side of the tomatillo red salsa to help boost my will to ingest the rest of my food.
Crunchy rice, employees were helpful with the refund though
These the most inconsiderate ignorant employees at chipotle I’ve ever come across. I’ve had a few instances where I get my food delivered and it’s either undercooked or made incorrectly. They don’t apologize for the inconveniences they cause people when they make mistakes nor acknowledge it. They act as if they’re too good for that which is crazy because they make plenty mistakes. It’s not gonna make or break the little pay they give y’all at this location to be considerate to y’all customers. I drove here after my food was delivered that was made incorrectly, not the first time this has happened. The so called manager carelessly slid the bowl towards me saying she can’t take it back and said I can throw it away. No surprise, all the “MANAGERS” I come across here don’t act like managers at all. After they re-made the bowl I asked for a complimentary bag of chips cause I shouldn’t have had to come up here in the first place for y’all mistake. She says “no, we have to charge you.” If taking a $2 loss on a bag of chips is too much for y’all after going through the trouble I went through because of y’all, Chipotle need to train their associates on effective customer service and putting their pride to the side or stop hiring people with childish mindsets cause the bag of chips was the least that could be done rather than losing a customer but I’m sure the people y’all have working in the store don’t care at all. But going forward at the Smyrna location, start paying attention to what you’re doing when you make customers food, thanks!! 😊

Service is trash. I can't rate the food because I refuse to eat food from people who provide horrible service.

I really like this restaurant but I find it very bad that the employees behave so badly with the Uber and dasher delivery people. If you ask them for an order they say they can't help you, so wait for it to appear on the shelf, of course. It is accepted but 20 minutes pass and then they say that they did not have that order in their system, it seems to me to be in very bad taste, out of politeness it helps anyone who enters your store, I ask the managers to be aware of this.

they always find a way to mess up a order. they roll the burritos janky, the food is always cold, chips always stale. this place just needs to closw down. because how do you mess up chipotle? isnt that hard to keep food fresh and roll a burrito right. by far the worst restaurant i have ever gotten food from and i will be telling everyone to go to any chipotle but the one in smyrna. some straight up mentally deficient people working here.

I go here a lot. Service and food is awesome. But today 3 ladies in line before and after me get huge portions of chicken. Ive had small portions before, never a problem. I order steak, so I am paying more. The lady gave me the tiniest scoop. I could count the number of pieces less then 10. I got so mad. I'll give her the benefit of doubt and think she was about to run out and not that I'm a man. I tell the lady putting on my cheese, she says I can get more if I pay extra! I try to not explode. Also I am very hungry. But 10s of good experiences, this may be the dagger. I was that mad

As someone who has allergies, why do they mix meats here? Is it not impure to do so? They always run out of items, the place is very dirty at that time. There is always food on the surface.

The service was absolutely horrible and my bowl had maybe a tablespoon of meat and a small amount of rice. They got an attitude when I questioned the red stuff in the sour cream. I asked to have it remade because I can’t eat hot sauce. I watched them prepare someone else’s food properly then got home and realized I didn’t get what I paid for. I will never return to this location!
