If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid 20 FREAKING DOLLARS to get a bowl with extra carne asada, and when I got home there was definitely not double meat in the bowl.
I contacted them through the chatbot and was left on read for 10 minutes. I called the store and was hung up on twice before talking to a manager, I told them I had photos of the food, but I had eaten it, because I was hungry, and they told me they didn’t care, and there was nothing they could do, unless I came back and they gave me extra meat, or showed them the food, which I ate, because I bought food in order to not be hungry.
I don’t want extra meat by itself, and I definitely don’t want to get left having 3 separate times after spending a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on food.

The employee’s response the one in the picture was a flat “no”, delivered in a rude, dismissive tone with zero explanation and zero effort to clarify or help. If employees can’t apply promotions correctly—or at the very least explain them respectfully—then those promotions shouldn’t be advertised at all.

First time in a Chipotle and it was amazing! The server was so sweet and helped us with showing what each item was, it was delicious and just enough! The bonus is they are at the entrance of our neighborhood! Welcome and hope you are always busy with customers!

Put in an online to go order. Pickup time was 15-20 minutes later. I got to the store 25 minutes later and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. The store was not even busy. The food was cold and the employee's were rude about the food being late. I know it’s just chipotle but seriously!

Came here yesterday as I was traveling through TN and they give baby scoops. Not worth the trouble bc the customer service sucks. Go get your food somewhere else and avoid this establishment. You figured for charging $13 for a chicken burrito with Guacamole that you’d get your moneys worth. Never coming here again.

was unable to talk to a manager. And customer service was no help. I didn’t want to make a review, but I came in today and had a terrible service experience. The front of the house seemed like they didn’t even get trained. They did not know what they were doing. And the older people stood in the back and watched them as they messed up both of my orders. One of my orders is $30 so to spend that much on food and not get what I wanted was not a good experience. I do not blame the front of the house workers as it seemed they did not know what they were doing like they were not trained

My experience at this Chipotle was unacceptable. The food quality was very poor, and the customer service was basically nonexistent. The grill and prep areas were visibly filthy —it’s shocking that a restaurant would operate in that condition.
Customers should never have to pay for low-quality food, dirty equipment, and staff who clearly don’t care about service or cleanliness. This location urgently needs serious management attention and a complete cleanup. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone until major

Visited this location on 11/12/2025 at 12:13pm ticket#10064 - this was by far the worst experience and I will NOT be back due to it. NOT A SINGLE MANAGER IN SIGHT. The ladies making the bowls do not greet you and just stare at you. The younger spanish lady was rude when I asked were they ready to make my bowl because I was confused as to why they are just staring at me instead of trying to take my order?? She continued to stare me in my face the entire time and not say one word to me super passive aggressive. The whole interaction was just weird! Pleae hire people who WANT to be customer faced and dont treat paying customers like we are inconviencing them. I paid over 30 dollars for my meal and would atleast appreciate a hello. I could go on but I wont just know you have lost two customers at this point and based off the reveiws plenty of more!

Yeah so i will never go here again. Bowls are mad skimpy, The employees dont really listen that well. I askd for a little bit of corn because i dont like a lot of onions, she puts a whole spoon full. The same with lettuce, i said a little and she put a whole hand then laughed. 50% corn and lettuce more than anything else . thats makes no sense.

Don’t order online for pickup. Every single time I do, my order comes out wrong or missing protein. It’s frustrating to pay full price and get home to realize the main part of my meal isn’t even there.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today at 10:10 PM. These two African American women were unwelcoming and rude from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t greeted, my order felt completely rushed, and to make matters worse, it was prepared incorrectly.
When I politely asked for green sauce on the side, I was told there wasn’t any—even though I saw it with my own eyes. It felt like I was being dismissed for no reason, and the overall attitude was careless and unprofessional.
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a long time because it used to be a reliable spot, but this experience makes me seriously reconsider returning. Management needs to address customer service standards here immediately.
