Manager was VERY rude! My boyfriend always orders “fries with cheese” as a side in his tray and they never have cheese on them. He also orders an additional side of fries with cheese that DO always have the cheese. Regardless if the order is not being heard correctly, the workers are not confirming the orders (they don’t have a screen that shows your order) and then the manager throws a fit whenever something is said about it. He ripped the receipt off my boyfriend’s bag, literally ripping the bag open. This aggressiveness is unnecessary and unprofessional. He just wanted cheese on his fries!

The service was terrible, parking lot was dirty, the employees were very rude- especially the manager, and the food was below par. This particular location is very skimpy with the food, I understand it’s fast food and you can’t put but a certain amount, but this is ridiculous. Ordered chicken quesadillas and received them full of cheese with like 2 strands of shredded chicken on each. Talked to the manager and they said that’s how they come?? Pretend chicken quesadillas??

Been here a couple times. Love the food, always on point. However, the times I’ve went inside, there is a specific worker there that obviously hates their job and makes it my problem with their attitude. I’m not saying they need to jump for joy when I enter the building, but a smile would help. No one likes unfriendly staff it makes you feel like a nuisance for even going out. Probably will just stick to the drive through for now on.

I love cookout! I think it is the best fast food restaurant the milkshakes are amazing and I love the nuggets😋 I never have a problem with the service and the atmosphere is not that bad as some of the other restaurants. Cookout is number one on my list and I highly would recommend it!
Went through the drive through. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. I see bad reviews every restaurant i go to and see on the internet, its to be expected, cant always be perfect. But my experience at this cookout was beyond satisfying. The name on my receipt was Josh and he helped me thoroughly with my order process, and was very patient. I admittedly made a few errors i haven't been to cookout many times, but i will definitely return many more to Smyrna’s cookout. I loved how fresh my food tasted, and how i wasnt left to feel stupid even though i didnt really know what i was doing. Literally all these fast food places leave you to feel so rushed! This felt very patient and kind. Thank you cookout for getting it all right!
