The Quality of food has lowered with Cook Out. The burgers have tons of filler and grisle now. They changed Fries and they are a soggy mess now. I can remember not being able to get in the drive thru and now it's like a ghost town when I ride past. I only go for the milkshakes now. Corporate really messed up with this one.

I used to l8ve in Myrtle Beach, we had Cook Outs everywhere. It was my favorite place to go late at night for a good meal, cheap.Been here in Antioch TN for 9 years and finally decoded to wander to Smyrna to get my Cook Out for the first time in 9 years. It's still a great place to go, service was excellent and the food was still very reasonable.Thanks for not letting me down!
The guy at the counter was pushy and rude.It’s clear he needs a different job. Also, didn’t get my order correct.Maybe his name was Damien (young dude, bigger build, blonde hair).Every one else was friendly.

Food is decent but my issue the portion size. I feel like it's a ripoff for the price. A large fries and double hamburger looks like a kids meal. They need to lower prices or increase portion and then i'll be back. For now it's on my do not return list.
