Not the same! Looks so sterile, less merchandise - one reason we stop - love to shop - menu different - Great Pancakes - biscuits were different - waiter was great! Disappointed

The poor choice of new design, menu choices and logo change follows right in with the service and food price. We were sat at a table. Ordered our drinks and biscuits. Had to ask for silverware. Then had to ask for napkins. The prices have increased on every item by $2-3 dollars. The portion sizes have decreased. Just not what it used to be.
Bring back the old Cracker Barrel that everyone enjoyed.

Food was really good but really slow service. Ordered food right away and waited 30 min for our food (not a busy time. 5:15pm). She came over at minute 28 and brought biscuits over. I asked if the food was close as my daughter was super hungry and she said yeah. Came out 2 minutes later.

Remodels are custom but this just was not a good direction to take it. The atmosphere was horrible. Food was no Award winner either. If I wanted to go out for overpriced poor quality food I'd go shop Walmart and eat at home. Sever was stuck up and despite the maintenance persons reasoning behind the color theme, it wasn't clean and its a new remodel. I'd leave 0 stars but can't.

i had recently went to the newly remodeled cracker barrel and LOVED IT! it was much brighter, clean-lined and super easy to find everything in the gift shop! i love the new look! i was greeted at the host stand my two wonderful ladies. we were seated in Giovanna’s section, such a refreshing dining experience with her! the check out process was great with the cashier Sage! she was respectful, genuine and even offered me a sweet treat for later! everyone at this location was extremely friendly and made it a wonderful experience!

My food had a roach in it and they acted like it wasn’t even a big deal. I will never eat here again and I’d encourage everyone else to avoid this disgusting restaurant.

What happened??? You used to be great Cracker Barrel.
Stopped in yesterday for a late breakfast. Ordered eggs, hash brown casserole, ham and grits. Took half an hour for the food to come out, and they weren't busy. Eggs were cold, grits were as dry and lumpy, hash brown casserole cold, and ham dried out as much as country ham.
My wife's food was just as bad, if not worse.
We've had several friends mention that Cracker Barrel has gone down hi loll, but we just didn't want to believe them. Unfortunately, now we agree.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant’s décor; it reminded me of the feel and look of the good old country store I grew up with. However, it now has more of a hotel lobby feel. Since my generation has gotten older, I guess it’s time to cater to the new generation’s preferences. Not bad, but not the same. Overall, the food and service remain great.

Don't be a fool like me and order the strip steak for breakfast. At least trying to eat a leathery shoe distracted me from the feeling of eating at a Napa Valley tasting room.

I have been a long time customer of Cracker Barrel and I have to say I’ve always been happy with my food until today. Everything on my plate chicken and dumplings were dry. Corn was very cold and my turnip greens had no juice. To top it off there were no corn muffins! 20 minutes wait after our plates were put on the table. The manager must have noticed I wasn’t eating my meal and did replace my meal and gave us a free dessert for our trouble. The manager is the only positive thing I have to say about my experience today.

I ate here about a week ago. The food was great. The atmosphere was horrible. Its like I walked into a modernity. Nothing is old fashion anymore. No more brick layout for the floor. Everything is painted white, Grey and ugly. This has to be the worst redesign ever. They took the cracker barrel out of the logo. I've been eating at cracker barrels my entire life, multiple time a year. Now I refuse to go back because the company obviously doesnt understand the atmosphere and completely ruined a good Ole american eatery.

Very good service, but the food was lacking. Okra was soft like it had been warmed up Cornbread was not as good as it used to be and was very sad you did away with your regular roast beef. The new recipe was ok but not the same not was the gravy.
Was very disappointed in your remodel. You've taken all the nostalgia away and gone to just a plain Ole restaurant with achohol. Not sure I will frequent Cracker Barrel like we use to. It was always our pick when traveling. But you've taken away a lot of the reasons why we enjoyed it.
