Absolutely amazing service!! The food was great as always, and Ethan was extremely helpful. When I was considering my options, he saved me time by telling me what they were out of, and when I was ordering, he made sure to ask me questions to get my order exactly right. He was extremely polite, and I will definitely be coming back!!

Received raw bacon on my burger and cold food after being pulled for 20 minutes and they told us they were making it “fresh”. worst fast food I’ve ever had. DQ is never my first choice anyway and we went cause it was convenient but NEVER again.

I bought an ice cream cake for my hubby's birthday! I got it for half price. The young lady graciously wrote on the cake and did a wonderful job. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

I waited 10mins plus for a bun that was cold and my cheese not melted. The cook that made my food today should be replaced with someone who has pride in the things they do when it comes to making food. Worst place ive been too. I wont come back...

My kids wanted some food from here . We went there order 3 baskets of tenders and a burger . 1 of the basket of tenders was cold barely had fries and my burger was literally cold where the middle felt like it had barely been thawed out . I drove from there to the highway to continue with my trip. Which there was no way for all this to be cold within 5-7 mins away. Wish I would have gone back but i was running behind for my kids practice.

Definitely will be checking my food before driving off .

Approach with low expectations and you will be fine. They can't keep employees. Manager seems nice enough but clearly not very good at her job. She always looks like she's managing in disaster mode.

Accidentally said “Reese blast” and laughed and said “I’m sorry a Reese blizzard, bro on the headset was obviously having a bad night because he repeated “Reese BLIZZARD” with a smart tone emphasizing blizzard like it was a big deal to him I said something wrong and corrected myself. I then said I wanted a dipped cone and he says “I need a size” in the same smart tone, I told ole boy to not even worry about the cone since that was apparently too difficult of an ask. On the menu that I posted a screenshot of there clearly is nothing stating a size, if they need to know a size that’s fine you could say “yes sir what size, X, Y, Z” not have an attitude and say you need a size without specifying what we need a size of?? Lmao. Almost asked him if he was cool but I was trying to be nice, pulled up to the window and it was some other employee, a girl that looked like she hated her life and had the personality of a rock just like the person who took the order.

Life’s already difficult enough, not sure why people feel the need to be rude to others when they’ve done nothing to them, that’s why I try to order through apps to avoid people like the kids who work here who apparently hate their lives.

It took almost 15 minutes to get three ice cream cones soft serve. There is nobody else there. Also, as we were waiting 15 minutes by the time we grabbed the ice cream and I moved from the floor my shoe almost stuck to it since they haven't washed it in God knows how long. Ice cream was great because it was ice cream, but service was severely lacking. They also forgot one of the three items we ordered and we had to go back and ask.

This is the worst place I have ever went to I ordered my food online and we went to pick it up ordered a banana split and they didn't have bananas which was fine everything happens you know but the way they handle the situation was less than desired. The lady that talked to me at one point she even went to as far as scared me and my mom to wear I thought that she was going to come through and hurt us the way I have never seen someone act that way at a restaurant or in public. I've asked for a call back from management haven't heard a word. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone never will ever ever
