To be known for ice cream and not have ice cream is crazy. Then the service of how they talk to customers is insane.

Tried to order food for our entire staff on Friday 2/14/25 could not get an answer on phone nor able to order through Uber Eats. Apparently this place is so sorry that they cannot even keep enough employees to stay open! Just down right pitiful place! You should just close your doors based on all the sorry reviews I’m reading!

Staff was super nice and quick with service. The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for extra candy, and did get some but it was entirely on the top only. And first it made sense to me as I thought maybe they just top it off that way. But when I got to the bottom of my blizzard the last 2 inches were just plain ice cream. I feel like I paid for extra candy while also not even getting the normal amount, so I paid extra for what was just a regular blizzard. I don’t like that.

The old lady who was takin orders at 4:00pm Wednesdays October 30 incredibly rude then gave us the smallest ice cream order I’ve seen in my life 0/10

I ordered a 10” round cookies and cream cake with light green icing saying happy birthday Alex on the 27th of September, with a pickup time of 3:15 pm on 10/12. Got to DQ at pickup time and said I was there to pickup a cake. They asked my name, and rushed off worried to the back. Waited about 5 minutes and someone came back and asked what the order was for and to see my confirmation email. I showed it to her and she went back to the back again. Then an another employee came and said “are yall gonna pay for this cake?” I said I would like to see it first. It finally came out, and had the wrong icing color. I told them and they got mad and went back to the back again. They brought the cake back out and said they couldn’t take the icing off, so they just wrote it again on top of the other writing, which made it look terrible, and not what my daughter wanted. We decided just to leave. No apology, no nothing. Just rude employees and a little girl that didn’t get the cake she’s been waiting on for weeks.

The new lady had a smile that made a bad day pleasant. She wasn't sure how to change my order but sure made the wait worth it.

Absolutely horrible service. They forgot to make my food. When I said something they were suprised and saying how they were too busy. When asking for a refund they told me to calm down every though I asked them in a professional manner. They employees and manager who had short purple hair were so rude.

I ordered a bacons cheeseburger but didn’t get any bacon on it and when I went inside to very politely ask for the bacon the cook, Robert, became upset telling the cashier and myself they were out of bacon but neglected to inform the cashier or myself this when I placed my order nor while fixing my food. So had I ain’t noticed I would just have paid for something I didn’t get. He then stated they had spicy bacon but it didn’t come with my sandwich and threw his hands up and acted as if I was bothering him for asking for what I paid for. Terrible customer service!

I got a blizzard and it was so good! Chicken tenders and fries and they were hot and fresh! The lady at the drive thru window was so nice and helpful!

I was in the Dairy Queen in Smyrna Tennessee to buy an ice cream cake. There was no ice cream cakes in the freezer when I asked the girl how come there was no ice cream cakes she said the freezer was broken. This is the second time I’ve been in that store to buy an ice cream cake when the freezer was broken it seems to me it’s still needs new management. Can you hear me Warren Buffett? I want to Publix grocery store and bought an ice cream cake. I’m very happy I will not be going back to the store anytime soon

Ranch dressing...never ever do they have it soo finally I ask was told we make it here so they are too lazy to make it and they give you the ice cream and drinks to water down and melt and act offended when you ask to make it over because you had to cook the chicken.
Now that I know they make it I will be asking them to make it. That's insane and this was at opening. This is what my grandbabies request.
Otherwise I would go somewhere else.

We got 2 small sundaes. They were the smallest I have ever seen. The cup was not even half full. It is usually filled the top so it almost runs out when you take the lid off. Very disappointed. I ate it in 5 spoons..

If Dairy Queen only had McDonald's chocolate syrup ?
