This Dunkin used to be so good up until it went under new management a few years ago. Drinks are always made wrong and the wait is ridiculous. Today it took me almost 20 minutes to get to the order station (there were 4 cars in front of me) . Then I was asked to wait to order. After 10 minutes I decided to cut my losses and go to the Dunkin a little farther down the road. The Almaville location was quick to have my order ready. On the way back I passed the Dunkin I started at and the car behind me had just pulled up to the window to pay for their order…..

1. They made us wait for a long time despite the store but having any customers 2. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a bagel toasted dark with cream cheese. The bagel was amazing and toasted correct, the drink tasted good. However within minutes of drinking it i had diarrhea. The person with me also had the same experience and we both spent about 20 minutes in the bathroom before leaving the restaurant.
Would not recommend unless you want diarrhea...
Also the bathrooms were destroyed before I destroyed them with my own diarrhea..

TREATED Horribble, Worst Dunkin and service ever. Pulled up in drive-thru only car in line. No one answers just sit there and wait... then finally a Sydney says picking up a to-go order I said no. Then she say I need you to wait.... then we sat there for minutes until she said what's your order. Then I ordered 2 coffees. Then she cut me off and never asked is there anything else or are you done with your order after I ordered just the 2 coffee's she cut me off and said pull forward. Got to the windows didn't say hi was so UNFRIENDLY I went to pay and when she handed me my receipt I said thank you, and no reply. Closed window and had us wait a few more min. Then finally looked behind me a few cars now in drive-thru she tells us to pull forward and she will bring coffee out. Then we wait forever 4 cars were served and left in the time we waited for 2 coffees. So finally one of us walked in and they were SUPER DISRESPECTFUL. They didn't even start our 2 coffees yet and we were the first people there. Worst experience everytime I come here this just was the last straw!!! Go to DUTCH BROS and get treated the right way! I go to dunkin almost everyday at the other location and I live closest to this one but I will make sure to tell everyone this location is so unprofessional and not worth it.

Placed an online order at 7am. I showed up 7:10 and nothing is made. The lady behind the counter asked me if she can help me. I tell her my name and that I have an online order. She can’t find the little sticker that prints out and tells me she can’t help me. I show her the online receipt that shows the order went through, the date/time, and location. Like HELLO? Just make the coffee for me. You see all the information, but she tells me she can’t see it. It’s literally right in front of your face! Why do all of these location REFUSE to help someone out. ANYTIME some like this happens at Starbucks they just make the coffee for you. It’s the morning time, people don’t have time for this. BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING. The lady who did this was an older black lady with glass.

I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences at this location. My orders are frequently incorrect or poorly prepared. Today was particularly frustrating. I waited at the drive-thru, but no one responded, even though there were no other customers waiting. I went inside and asked for the $6 meal deal, only to be told that it was no longer available. However, I drove to another Dunkin’ Donuts just down the street, and not only was the $6 meal deal still offered there, but they also got my order right. This location clearly needs better management and consistency. Honestly I would fire the people working there today service is very bad

Went to this location this morning with a huge order of donuts and coffee drinks for a local school. The were kind, efficient, and got everything right.

Went to get the special on the boo bucket and they were sold out and it was a early Saturday morning. The drive thru just ghetto. "What can I gotcha". When you go to get ice cream because it also is a Baskin Robin's they never have the original flavors and NEVER butter pecan. This place has went down so bad and just needs to close all together. We will never go back we live 2 mins from this place and we will just drive to sam ridley to go to dunkin or just go to Starbucks. This place is a joke.
