Every morning, I need my coffee to head to my shop in Nashville. I started coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts because I moved to Smyrna, And it is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, The service Is excellent and Aaliyah was friendly her customer service skills were 10 stars. I will continue to get my morning coffee at this location. Thanks Aaliyah!
Shopped drive thru, employee spoke clearly and sounded chipper, and to my pleasant surprise. The girl was smiling and treated me like a customer, not like a dreaded job to fill. Now for the bad. Coffee was burnt, and half the doughnuts were definitely not fresh. Also, pink frosted with sprinkles (my kids' favorite) was missing the sprinkles. In over 20 years of shopping at this and different locations, this was the worst quality I have ever gotten from them.
