I remember Dunkin Donuts where they had their own bakery in back, you could smoke, socialize over coffee and a dozen donuts was only $3.99. This Dunkin Donuts reminds me of those days as far as a nice atmosphere and a good place to meet up for coffee. No more bakeries out back or smoking inside or $3.99 dozens but still a nice clean place to wake up, wind down, or meet up with a friend or friends. Staff are very friendly and quick making your order. Haven't had one bad experience here and it's nice to have a Dunkin Donuts that has a calm atmosphere which reminds me of the old days back up in NY.

I never write reviews but I’ve ordered their large matcha multiple times and they have NEVER filled it all the way. They only fill their large half way whether you order less ice or normal. I’m sorry but it’s ridiculous for you to charge a large and not even fill it all the way. Might as well charge me a medium for the large.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m from Chicago visiting. This has been the worse visit and experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I watched her make my food then set it down and continue to make drive thru orders then casually walk my order up to counter. 20 mins I waited for an egg and cheese wrap. I’ll never visit here again I can say that.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and then they didn't give me any donuts. They gave me the coffees and the breakfast sandwich I ordered and I didn't realize no donuts were in the bag until I was halfway home. So yeah, I went to Dunkin for donuts and they gave me zero donuts.

I usually have a great experience with the staff but today when I walked in the manager or the lead in the morning ( small blonde girl) was extremely condescending and rude. Definitely needs to work on her manners if she’s the example for the rest of the staff.
