Rude woman at the register decided I wasn’t eating
Just Another Dunk'in
I usually have a great experience with the staff but today when I walked in the manager or the lead in the morning ( small blonde girl) was extremely condescending and rude. Definitely needs to work on her manners if she’s the example for the rest of the staff.
Doughnuts are always stale and the don't have a wide selection.
Thank you evening crew for such a delicious frozen coffee. Just what I needed to get back to dashing for the night.
The service went down tremendously. The worst customer service.
I didn't get sugar in my coffee the severe was super rude and hash browns were cold over all 1.9 also my donut was hard as a rock

I have officially given up on this place. Issues with orders consistently being wrong. You order something and then when you get home its wrong. Then you have to either drive all the way back to get it fixed. You can't call them because their phone does not accept incoming calls. This happened many months ago. I spoke to a district manager about customers not being able to call the store and several months later you still can't. So they ignored my concern. So if you have an issue you either drive back or you just suck it up, eat it, or throw it away. Once again a couple of days ago I received the wrong items in my order. There comes a point where you have to say to yourself "why do I keep going back?". I also don't understand why the bagels, first thing in the morning are so rubbery and tough. I get they don't bake from scratch and its a frozen product they sell, but I shouldn't be able to bounce my bagel like a basketball either. You can actually go to Publix next door, pay less for a bagel, better quality and fresh baked each morning. Dunkin bagels are $2.49 each, Publix they are $1.99 and their bagels are Einstein bagels. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for food items.

Visited this location early one morning after my wife delivered our baby at the nearby hospital. Fast, fresh, and friendly. No complaints!

I love their coffee so much more than Starbucks. They are faster, friendlier and not "snobby". The staff smiles. They even said they were sorry when out of a doughnut I like and suggested one like it. I'm always nice and polite to the employees there because they are nice to me.
