Service here is 100 times better than that God awful Dunkin' location on Cane Ridge in Antioch. This place is my go-to from now on and I certainly would drive anywhere outta my way to be treated as I would want to be treated-with respect. I think some employees forget that customers pay their paychecks and so they become rude and very snarky (referring to the Cane Ridge in Antioch) BUT not this location in Smyrna...they know how to treat their customers. They are quick and...

Felt invisible as a customer as no real urgency to wait on me and I had one drink. Took approximately 10 mins to receive it and their drive thru is always busy and the mobile orders were made constantly. I feel like it was so robotic and no one said much of anything to me, not a good feel. But then again customer service with at least a smile isn’t what it used to be.

I remember Dunkin Donuts where they had their own bakery in back, you could smoke, socialize over coffee and a dozen donuts was only $3.99. This Dunkin Donuts reminds me of those days as far as a nice atmosphere and a good place to meet up for coffee. No more bakeries out back or smoking inside or $3.99 dozens but still a nice clean place to wake up, wind down, or meet up with a friend or friends. Staff are very friendly and quick making your order. Haven't had one bad experience...
