I have never been a regular coffeehouse-type person, but after trying Dutch Bros that has for sure changed. We always get blenders and I'm addicted to the crunch from the Itty bitty pieces of ice. I usually get a 911 with an extra shot, and sometimes pick banana, chocolate macadamia nut, and almond flavors. Yesterday though I decided it was pumpkin time! Did a 911 with an extra shot and pumpkin flavoring 1/2 sweet and I wish I knew which worker made it, because I'd hug them! It was literally the best blended drink I've ever had! Everyone is really nice at this location too! Can't wait for my next pumpkin 911!

We went through the drive through this morning to grab a drink before heading back to Florida. The staff, especially the young lady who took our order (815am) was top notch! She has the best customer service skills. The young man at the window was just as good. They made the experience exceptional along with the great drink they made! Thank you.

On 7/31/25 @ 9:45 am.The wait was over 20 minutes after a girl who seemed unsure of herself took my order in line. There were 4 cars in front us their orders all taken. Another employee came out to ask what all the customers what they ordered. We got to the window and our order was all wrong. We told them that was not our order. We then got our drinks and down the road we saw that the drinks were watery and no carmel sauce and not blended.We ordered 2 American Eagles blended with chocolate milk.
No upselling if I wanted whip cream or soft top or carmel sauce for that matter.
We live in Antioch and always go to the one by us but had a Dr appt in Smyrna
Please get your shit together at this location.
No going there again.

Pulled up to the windows, I'm unsure when they opened and had been driving for 6hrs. The Hispanic young female walked to the windiw w/a stack of stickers, looked right at me and then put them on the counter, turned and walked away as if I wasn't there!!! It was 7 mins before they opened. Drove 4mins up the road to the Enon Springs location. They helped me AND were friendly. ALL BEFORE OPENING AT 5AM.... I will NEVER go to the Sam Ridley store!!!!!!

They always make my drink right! My only complaint is if i order ahead on my app, they only start making it when i get there. That's not order ahead lol
The wait time was very long compared to their competitor. They only had one person taking orders.

This location always has the best customer service experience. Tonight customer service experience was amazing the guy said his name was DJ he was amazing! Super fast and very friendly I will take the extra drive to come to this location instead of my normal location. DJ was awesome made my night !
