Food: Not bad, but also not great. (Between us, we ordered burritos, enchiladas, tacos, and chalupas, and all of us were underwhelmed, so it wasn't dish-specific. The salsa is good though!)
Environment: The decor is charming, but the booth benches are worn down to the point that you're basically sitting uncomfortably on the frame.
