We went there on Sunday around 12:30 for the first time in years, literally. There were very few people there, which was our first clue that something just was off. The service was fine, but I feel sorry for the staff, becausethe food was very disappointing. The rib tips were mostly fat. The brisket sandwich was just not brisket, but some kind of pre-made little squares of meat-like stuff. They obviously are not making their own food, but serving warmed up frozen stuff. Go elsewhere if you want real barbecue.

Don't order online from this restaurant. Ordered straight from their store website and they still tried to pass the responsibility of contacting door dash onto me instead of just handling it. Took 15 minutes of arguing and then just like that someone was able to give a refund. Amazing that they couldn't just do that from the beginning.

I ordered a curbside pickup order this go 'round. I selected check-in as directed in the email and received confirmation on the mobile webpage. However, I waited an extremely long time for anyone to come out with my order. I saw an employee getting ready to start her shift entering the building. So, I asked her to inform the team that ai was still waiting. Then, another employee brought my order out. Unfortunately, it was not as fresh and hot as usual.
My salad was wilted from sitting but after a trip to the microwave, I discovered that the pulled pork was tender and flavorful! My baby back ribs were also good.
The food was good. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The restaurant needs a good deep clean, dusty and dank. Also the a/c was out so warm temps.

Went there twice in one week. First time I was ignored as there was no host. So I walked to the bar, passed a waitress and said hello with a smile on my face, but she ignored me. Finally got someone's attention after sitting there about 10 mins. Second time I went in, I was immediately greeted, sat, and serviced by a young woman and it was her birthday. That day the service & attention were 5 stars.
