I have been trying their dishes for 3 days and they are delicious the breadsticks are very good I loved the pasta carbonara I highly recommend this place. I had a restaurant and I could notice the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The pasta is missing a touch of basil 3 meats just that but it's really good.I forgot to add. The attention and speed in the service is excellent

Horrible customer service, will not honor the loyalty rewards app coupons and not explain why. My family was spending more than $600 per year at this location and the assistant manager would not honor a $3 off of $10 coupon. Will Never visit again

Dustin helped us with what we wanted, brought out our kids food first so they can eat while we waited on our food, and so attentive. I have to say this has been our best experience at Fazoli’s ever and that is all thanks to Dustin!

I love this place. But recently there’s been some sketchy workers. My mom had her card number stolen by someone right after visiting. And unthinkingly I went there the other night because we had reasonably good customer service previously. Well this time the guy working on Friday night hovered over my card and the card reader for several minutes keeping his back to me. It was very strange. He had my card for about five minutes. Not sure what he was doing but I’m very concerned after my mom’s incident and have been watching my account.

I usually come here for lunch as I work at Nissan across the way and the food has pretty much always been decent. Including the food today when I went. What wasn't nice is being misgendered via my reciept like this. I wasn't asked my name I was just handed a reciept with this. My other coworkers also were gendered on theirs as well. I'm guess to keep up with the order, but just asking for my name would have been a better way of doing that. Usually I go through the drive thru and don't experience this
